獭兔皮加工中软化、浸酸及铬鞣废液循环研究

【摘要】:为了减少獭兔皮加工中废水的排放及化料的投入量,分别对獭兔毛皮加工过程中的软化、浸酸和铬鞣废液的循环利用进行研究。对各废液的组分进行分析,以确定每次回用所需补加的化料量;对每次循环的水质及皮张的物理机械性能进行测定,以评价废液循环对皮张质量的影响。试验结果表明:软化、浸酸、铬鞣废液可直接循环使用45次,所得皮张的收缩温度在80℃以上,物理机械性能良好,不掉毛。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the discharge of waste water and the input of chemical materials in the processing of Rex rabbit skin, the softening, acid leaching and recycling of chrome tanning liquid during the processing of Rex rabbit fur were studied respectively. The components of each waste liquor were analyzed. In order to determine the amount of chemical material needed for each reuse, to determine the water quality of each cycle and the physical and mechanical properties of skin tensioning, to evaluate the influence of waste liquid cycle on the quality of skin tension.
