汤河水库浮游植物群落特征及影响因素分析

【摘要】:2015年5-10月对汤河水库6个点位的样品进行浮游植物和理化指标的鉴定分析,获得了水库浮游植物群落特征的详细资料。共鉴定出浮游植物110种(包括变种变型),隶属7门55属,细胞密度变化范围为314.4×10~4~927.0×10~4cells/L,夏季高于春秋两季,空间分布无明显差异,水库的主要优势种为尖针杆藻。使用SPSS16.0对浮游植物与理化指标的相关性进行分析,结果显示水温、pH与浮游植物密度的变化呈极显著正相关(p0.01)。对浮游植物和环境因子做CCA分析,以温度、pH、DO、TN、EC对主要浮游植物的密度影响最为显著。利用多种指标对水库水质进行了生态学评价,水生态环境质量综合指数显示水库状况为健康,依据生物多样性指数评价水体,水库处于中污染状态,综合营养状态指数显示全年为中营养水平。
[Abstract]:The phytoplankton and physicochemical indexes of 6 sites of Tanghe Reservoir were identified and analyzed from May to October 2015, and the detailed data of phytoplankton community were obtained.A total of 110 phytoplankton species (including varieties and forms, belonging to 7 phyla and 55 genera) were identified. The cell density varied from 314.4 脳 10 ~ (4) to 927.0 脳 10 ~ (4) cells / L in summer, which was higher than that in spring and autumn. There was no significant difference in spatial distribution.The correlation between phytoplankton and phytoplankton index was analyzed by SPSS16.0. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between pH and phytoplankton density.According to CCA analysis of phytoplankton and environmental factors, the effect of temperature and pH on the density of main phytoplankton was most significant.The ecological evaluation of reservoir water quality is carried out by using various indexes. The comprehensive index of water ecological environment quality shows that the reservoir is healthy. The water body is evaluated according to biodiversity index, and the reservoir is in the condition of medium pollution.The comprehensive nutritional state index showed that the whole year was medium nutrition level.
