厌氧颗粒污泥对恩诺沙星的吸附规律

【摘要】:废水中恩诺沙星浓度为2~200 mg/L,采用灭活和活性厌氧颗粒污泥进行吸附,研究了吸附平衡时间和p H值对吸附的影响,以及在20、30、40℃条件下,厌氧颗粒污泥对恩诺沙星的吸附等温曲线。结果表明,活性厌氧颗粒污泥与失活厌氧颗粒污泥的吸附规律基本一致。失活厌氧颗粒污泥对恩诺沙星的吸附基本在6 h内达到吸附平衡,去除率维持在95.0%~97.0%;p H值在3~9范围内,吸附效果基本没有变化,去除率为93.6%~97.4%,当p H值大于9时,吸附效果明显减低,去除率仅为60.7%;在20~40℃条件下,失活厌氧颗粒污泥对恩诺沙星的吸附量会随温度的升高而降低,且失活厌氧颗粒污泥对恩诺沙星的吸附都符合Freundlich方程和Langmuir方程,其中Langmuir方程能更好的拟合失活厌氧颗粒污泥对恩诺沙星的吸附,说明失活厌氧颗粒污泥对恩诺沙星的吸附为单分子层吸附,不存在复杂的螯合以及络合作用。
[Abstract]:The concentration of enrofloxacin in wastewater was 2 ~ 200 mg 路L ~ (-1). The effects of adsorption equilibrium time and pH value on adsorption were studied by inactivated and activated anaerobic granular sludge.Isothermal adsorption curve of enrofloxacin by anaerobic granular sludge.The results showed that the adsorption rules of activated anaerobic granular sludge and deactivated anaerobic granular sludge were basically consistent.The adsorption efficiency of enrofloxacin was significantly decreased, the removal rate was only 60.7 and the adsorption capacity of enrofloxacin to enrofloxacin decreased with the increase of temperature at 20 ~ 40 鈩,
