湿式催化氧化催化剂制备及处理酸性红88染料废水实验条件研究

【摘要】:湿式催化氧化技术(CWAO)作为一种新兴的废水处理技术,通过添加合适的催化剂、氧化剂以进一步降低反应条件、提高废水处理效果。本论文将CWAO用在染料废水的处理上,一方面研究催化剂的制备工艺;另一方面探究其对染料废水AR88的处理效果,具有重要的现实意义。本论文以酸性红88(Acid Red 88)为研究对象,研究催化剂载体、活性组分(种类及浓度)、浸渍温度、焙烧(温度及时间)等因素对催化剂催化活性的影响,制备了单活性组分催化剂(1#)。再对催化剂制备进行改性研究,确定改性方法和最佳制备条件,得到双活性组分催化剂(2#)。分别采用SEM、XRD和BET对两种催化剂进行表面形态分析、定性及半定量分析、比表面积分析。用制备的两种催化剂1#、2#处理AR88染料废水,研究催化剂用量、氧化剂用量、反应pH、反应温度及初始浓度等因素对反应结果的影响,并对反应过程进行动力学研究。实验结果表明:(1)1#催化剂最佳制备条件为:以锂硅粉0#为载体,40℃下浸渍Fe(NO_3)_3(0.1mol/L)20h,焙烧条件为:温度T=500℃,时间t=90min。(2)2#催化剂最佳制备条件为:以锂硅粉0#为载体,40℃下浸渍由0.1mol/L的Fe(NO_3)_3、Zn(NO_3)_2按照1:1配比进行配置的活性组分溶液,浸渍时间20h;焙烧条件为:温度T=400℃,时间t=150min。(3)制备的两种催化剂1#、2#在比表面积、孔容、孔径方面均发生了较大的变化,1#、2#较0#比表面积分别增加了5.48%、47.70%;孔容增加了33.33%、16.67%;介孔分别增加了0.95%、2.08%;1#、2#的C值是0#的1.455倍、2.995倍。(4)以1#为催化剂,AR88染料废水最佳处理条件为:催化剂用量15g/L,氧化剂H_2O_2用量为5ml/L,40℃下反应120min。且在该条件下,将制备1#催化剂用来处理浓度在200mg/L以下的AR88,脱色率均在96%以上。(5)以2#为催化剂,AR88染料废水最佳处理条件为:催化剂用量14g/L,氧化剂H_2O_2用量为5ml/L,40℃下反应90min。且在该条件下,将制备的2#催化剂用来处理浓度在400mg/L以下的AR88,脱色率均在99%以上。(6)两种催化剂进行湿式催化氧化AR88反应过程均满足一级动力学方程。以1#为催化剂,反应活化能为50.98KJ/mol;以2#为催化剂,反应活化能为21.91KJ/mol。
[Abstract]:As a new wastewater treatment technology, wet catalytic oxidation (CWAO) can further reduce reaction conditions and improve wastewater treatment efficiency by adding suitable catalyst and oxidant.In this paper, CWAO is applied to the treatment of dyestuff wastewater. On the one hand, the preparation process of catalyst is studied; on the other hand, it is of great practical significance to explore the effect of AR88 treatment on dyestuff wastewater.In this paper, the effects of catalyst carrier, active component (type and concentration), impregnation temperature, roasting temperature and time on the catalytic activity of acidic red 88(Acid Red 88 were studied.Then the preparation of the catalyst was studied, the modification method and the optimum preparation conditions were determined, and the double active component catalyst was obtained.The surface morphology, qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis and specific surface area analysis of the two catalysts were studied by BET and SEM respectively.AR88 dye wastewater was treated with two kinds of catalysts (1 #2#). The effects of catalyst dosage, oxidant dosage, reaction pH, reaction temperature and initial concentration on the reaction results were studied.
