基于PSR模型的京津冀生态文明指数评价体系研究

【摘要】：基于生态系统视角,引入"压力—状态—响应"模型,构建了包括生态胁迫、生态系统健康和生态可持续能力的3个子系统、30个指标的京津冀生态文明指数评价体系;运用主客观组合赋权方法确定各指标的权重,对各系统得分及系统之间的协调度进行测算,展开京津冀三省市的实证研究,并从横向与纵向两个角度对得分进行比较分析。
[Abstract]:Based on the ecosystem perspective, the "pressure-state-response" model was introduced to construct three subsystems including ecological stress, ecosystem health and ecological sustainability, and an index evaluation system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei ecological civilization with 30 indexes.The weight of each index is determined by the method of subjective and objective combination weighting, the score of each system and the degree of coordination among the systems are calculated, and the empirical research on the three provinces and cities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is carried out, and the scores are compared and analyzed from the horizontal and vertical angles.
