【摘要】:正一、环境科学与工程高端人才需求分析1.新时期高等教育环境专业发展背景我国高等教育经历了跨越式发展,为国家现代化建设培养了大批人才,为经济社会的发展提供了有力的人力资源保障。1950年,我国仅有高校193所,在校大学生13.7万,在学研究生1261人;到1977年,高校增加到500余所,报考570万人,录取27万人;1999年,我国高校数量发展到1 071所,在校本科生340万人,在学研究生23万人;随后高等教育规模快速发展,
