鞍山达道湾污水厂升级改造工艺研究

【摘要】:为了提高城市污水处理厂出水水质标准,达道湾污水处理厂对原有A/O工艺进行升级改造,主要工艺是将厂区原有的A/O池增加一段缺氧区改造成A~2/O池,从而将原有二级出水标准提升成为一级A出水标准。本课题在对达道湾污水处理厂实际工程进行分析调研的基础上,提出改造设计方案。针对达道湾污水厂实际情况和升级要求,本研究确定将A/O工艺升级改造为A~2/O工艺,并根据一级A标准要求对进出水水质进行论证,成功启动A~2/O工艺后,通过检测进水、出水COD、BOD、氨氮、总氮和总磷等水质指标对改造工艺进行调试。在工艺稳定运行后,出水BOD浓度小于7 mg/L,出水COD浓度平均值为36 mg/L;出水的氨氮浓度为3.14 mg/L;出水总氮浓度为9.45mg/L;总磷平均值为0.42 mg/L,各水质指标均已达到国家一级A标准。与原有工艺相比,有机物的去除和脱氮除磷效果有了显著提升,A~2/O工艺稳定运行,达道湾污水厂改造升级得到较好效果。为了进一步提高工艺运行效果,同时达到节约成本目的,本课题对改造工艺运行参数进行优化,混合液内回流比从300%降低到250%,污泥回流比降低到75%,A~2/O工艺的污泥龄缩短为15 d,参数优化后最显著的效果是提高了除磷效率,而有机物去除效果和脱氮效果也维持在较高水平。同时混合液内回流比、污泥回流比的降低也节省了运行成本。A~2/O工艺具有同步脱氮除磷功效,该工艺有简单的构造、较短的总水力停留时间、较低的运行费用等优点。因此,如果提高脱氮除磷功能,传统活性污泥污水处理厂选择最佳的工艺就是A~2/O工艺。在实际应用中,对工艺处理效果进行分析,同时对运行参数进行了优化调控,得到了工艺运行的最佳参数,在达到工艺升级要求的基础上,提高了其运行效能。同时为鞍山其它水厂提供有益的参考。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the effluent quality standard of the municipal sewage treatment plant, the original A- / O process was upgraded at the Dadaowan sewage treatment Plant. The main process was to transform the original A- / O pool into an A2 / O pool by adding a section of anoxic zone to the original A- / O pool in the plant area. Thus, the original secondary effluent standard was raised to a class A effluent standard. On the basis of analyzing and investigating the actual project of Dadaowan sewage treatment Plant, this paper puts forward the retrofit design scheme. In view of the actual situation and upgrading requirements of the Dadaowan sewage treatment Plant, this study determined to upgrade the A- / O process to A2 / 2 / O process, and to demonstrate the quality of the incoming and outgoing water according to the requirements of the first class A standard. After successfully starting the A0 / 2 / O process, the inlet water was detected. Water quality indexes such as COD BOD, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus were adjusted. After stable operation, the effluent BOD concentration is less than 7 mg / L, the average effluent COD concentration is 36 mg / L, the effluent ammonia nitrogen concentration is 3.14 mg / L, the effluent total nitrogen concentration is 9.45 mg / L, the average total phosphorus is 0.42 mg / L, each water quality index has reached the national A standard. Compared with the original process, the removal of organic matter and the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus have significantly improved the stable operation of the A2 / O process, and the upgrading of the Dadaowan sewage treatment Plant has achieved better results. In order to further improve the effect of process operation and achieve the purpose of cost saving, this paper optimizes the operation parameters of the revamped process. The reflux ratio in the mixed solution was reduced from 300% to 250 and the sludge reflux ratio to 75 / 2 / O was shortened to 15 days. The most significant effect after parameter optimization was to improve the efficiency of phosphorus removal, while the removal efficiency of organic matter and nitrogen removal was maintained at a higher level. At the same time, the ratio of reflux in mixed liquid and the ratio of sludge reflux are also reduced. The operation cost is also saved. The process has the advantages of simultaneous denitrification and phosphorus removal. The process has the advantages of simple structure, short total hydraulic retention time and low running cost. Therefore, if the denitrification and phosphorus removal function is improved, the traditional activated sludge wastewater treatment plant choose the best process is An 2 / O process. In practical application, the effect of process treatment is analyzed, and the operation parameters are optimized and adjusted, and the optimum parameters of process operation are obtained. On the basis of meeting the requirements of process upgrading, the operation efficiency is improved. At the same time, it provides useful reference for other water plants in Anshan.
