我国生态修复的现状及国外生态修复的启示

【摘要】：不断加剧的人类活动损耗了自然资源,不可逆地对生态系统造成了严重破坏,因此需要自然或者人为干预的生态修复,逐步恢复生态系统的动态平衡。文章首先分析了我国政府环境治理项目中对污染减排、环境监测的财政拨款状况;其次分别从河流生态修复、海岸湿地生态修复、污染场地生态修复对比我国与发达国家在不同生态修复种类中的政策支撑、工程实施、融资状况、技术创新与应用等;指出我国生态修复在政策体系、技术创新、资金投入方面存在的问题,借鉴发达国家的成功修复经验,提出我国生态修复产业的研究展望。
[Abstract]:The increasing human activities consume natural resources and irreversibly cause serious damage to the ecosystem. Therefore the ecological restoration of natural or human intervention is needed to restore the dynamic balance of the ecosystem step by step. Firstly, the paper analyzes the financial allocation of pollution abatement and environmental monitoring in the environmental control project of our government; secondly, from river ecological restoration, coastal wetland ecological restoration, Comparing the policy support, project implementation, financing status, technological innovation and application between China and developed countries in different types of ecological restoration, it is pointed out that ecological restoration in China is in the policy system, technological innovation, and so on. The problems in capital investment and the experience of successful restoration in developed countries are used for reference, and the research prospect of ecological restoration industry in China is put forward.
