[Abstract]:The removal rate of NH4- N and PO_4~(3-)-P in the treatment of nitrogen and phosphorus wastewater by magnesium phosphate (MMP) process can not reflect the factors affecting MAP process and the process of sediment formation. In order to solve this problem, the influence factors of ammonia nitrogen and phosphate in simulated nitrogen and phosphorus wastewater treated by MAP process were analyzed and discussed by single factor experiment and thermodynamic equilibrium calculation. The effects of the initial NH _ 3-N concentration and the molar ratio of NH _ 4-N and PO_4~(3-)-P on the removal rate of NH _ 4-N and PO_4~(3-)-P and the changes of precipitation components in different conditions were studied. The results show that under the condition that pH value is 9 / 9.5 and molar ratio is n / m / n / n ~ (-1) = 1:1:1, the treatment effect of map method is the best. The removal rate of NH _ 4 ~ -N can reach 79.35 ~ -N and 93.7676 ~ (-4) ~ (-N) ~ (-P) removal rate can reach 86.7676 ~ 95.43%, and the impurity in MAP sediment is less than that of map method. Although the increase of mole ratio (mg / N) or molar ratio (n / n) can increase the removal rate of PO_4~(3-)-P and NH4- N, respectively, it also increases the residual amount of NH4- N and PO_4~(3-)-P, respectively.
