【摘要】:以铝型材废渣和酸洗废水为原料制备聚合氯化铝铁。考察了氢氧化钠碱液浓度、溶出时间和溶出温度对铝溶出效果的影响,采用碱溶法溶出铝型材废渣中铝的溶出条件为:氢氧化钠碱液浓度4 mol/L,溶出温度60℃、溶出时间3 h,铝溶出率可达到87.6%。铝溶出液与酸洗废水聚合最佳反应条件为:p H值为3,聚合反应温度为25℃,搅拌反应时间为2 h,静置熟化时间为18 h。制备的聚合氯化铝铁中铝与铁的质量比为3∶1。
