平江县生态承载力初步研究

【摘要】：本文以平江县为研究对象,运用生态承载力理论、区域生态学理论和可持续发展理论与方法,结合平江县特点和实际情况,构建平江县生态承载力评价指标体系,并对平江县生态承载力进行估算与评价,研究结果如下：1、对现有的自然植被净第一性生产力法、生态足迹法、状态空间法、供需平衡法、系统动力学法、综合评价法等生态承载力评价方法进行比较分析,选择综合评价法,并根据区域实际情况和特点,参考国内外有关生态承载力研究的评价指标体系,从生态弹性、资源—环境—社会承载力、资源—环境—社会承载力压力等方面构建平江县生态承载力研究指标体系,建立运用综合评价法的定量模型。2、根据平江县生态承载力研究指标体系及综合评价法的定量模型,分析平江县2008-2013年生态承载力,结果表明,2008-2013年平江县生态弹性指数先降低后升高,总体呈下降趋势,总的来看,平江县生态弹性呈中等稳定状态,生态系统相对稳定；生态承载指数呈上升状态,生态压力呈先升后降的趋势。直至2013年平江县生态环境为“中等稳定—较高承载—中压”状态,总体情况良好。3、根据平江县生态承载评价结果分析生态弹性资源环境社会承载承载压力之间的关系,并发现2008年-2011年平江县生态压力超过资源环境社会承载力,造成生态弹性力下降,直至2013年平江县生态弹性力没有恢复到2008年较高状态值。4、根据平江县生态承载变化状况,从水资源保护、植被保护、资源合理开发、产业结构变革等方面,提出了平江县和谐发展的策略和建议。
[Abstract]:This paper takes Pingjiang County as the research object, using ecological carrying capacity theory, regional ecology theory and sustainable development theory and method, combining the characteristics and actual situation of Pingjiang County, constructing the evaluation index system of ecological carrying capacity in Pingjiang County. And the ecological carrying capacity of Pingjiang County is estimated and evaluated. The results are as follows: 1. The existing natural vegetation net primary productivity method, ecological footprint method, state space method, supply and demand balance method, system dynamics method, The comprehensive evaluation method and other ecological carrying capacity evaluation methods are compared and analyzed. The comprehensive evaluation method is selected. According to the actual situation and characteristics of the region, the evaluation index system of ecological carrying capacity research at home and abroad is referred to, and the ecological elasticity is analyzed. The research index system of ecological carrying capacity of Pingjiang County is constructed in the aspects of resources, environment and social carrying capacity, and the pressure of resource environment and social carrying capacity, etc. According to the index system of ecological carrying capacity in Pingjiang County and the quantitative model of comprehensive evaluation method, the ecological carrying capacity of Pingjiang County from 2008 to 2013 was analyzed. The results showed that the ecological elasticity index of Pingjiang County first decreased and then increased from 2008 to 2013, and the overall trend was downward. In general, the ecological elasticity of Pingjiang County was medium stable, the ecosystem was relatively stable, and the ecological bearing index was rising. The ecological pressure increased first and then decreased. Up to 2013, the ecological environment of Pingjiang County was in the state of "medium stability, high load-carrying pressure", and the overall situation was good. According to the evaluation results of ecological bearing capacity in Pingjiang County, the relationship between the bearing pressure of ecological elastic resources, environment and society was analyzed. It was found that the ecological pressure exceeded the carrying capacity of resources, environment and society from 2008 to 2011, which resulted in the decline of ecological elasticity, and the ecological elasticity did not recover to the higher state value of 2008. 4, according to the change of ecological bearing capacity in Pingjiang County, From the aspects of water resources protection, vegetation protection, rational exploitation of resources and the transformation of industrial structure, this paper puts forward the strategies and suggestions for the harmonious development of Pingjiang County.
