废弃PCB板热拆解回收过程尾气治理方法

【摘要】:提出了一种废弃PCB板热拆解回收过程尾气治理方法,其特征是待处理尾气首先经过活性炭吸附装置,滤除尾气中的固体粉尘、重金属颗粒、部分无机非金属氧化物以及部分有机气体等;再将预处理后的尾气通入喷淋塔,使其与喷淋塔中的碱性净化液充分反应,去除大部分无机非金属氧化物和部分有机气体;最后将喷淋塔顶部排出的尾气通入高温燃烧设备进行燃烧处理,最终排放出无污染的气体。试验结果表明,该方法有效地解决了废弃PCB板热拆解回收过程的二次污染问题,同时部分利用了尾气中可燃气体成分。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a method of removing waste gas from waste PCB plate is proposed, which is characterized by that the tail gas to be treated is first treated by activated carbon adsorption device to filter the solid dust and heavy metal particles in the tail gas. Some inorganic nonmetallic oxides and some organic gases, and then the tail gas after pretreatment is passed into the spray tower to fully react with the alkaline purifying liquid in the spray column to remove most of the inorganic nonmetallic oxides and some organic gases. Finally, the exhaust gas from the top of the spray tower is put into the high temperature combustion equipment for combustion treatment, and the non-polluting gas is discharged finally. The experimental results show that this method can effectively solve the secondary pollution problem in the process of thermal decomposition and recovery of waste PCB plate, and partly utilize the combustible gas composition in the tail gas.
