湿生植物酸模对重金属富集作用研究

【摘要】:通过野外调查和室内分析实验,研究了宜昌城区10个污灌区自然生长的酸模(Rumex acetosa)和对应根际土壤样品中重金属Pb、Cu、Cr含量及其理化性质。结果表明,在宜昌城区的10个污灌区的酸模根部对重金属Pb、Cu、Cr的富集能力大于茎和叶;氮磷含量较高的土壤吸附重金属Cu的能力较强,在一定程度上保护了植物在重金属Cu污染废弃地的正常生长;土壤中Cu含量的增加,促进了Cu在酸模体内从根部转运到茎和叶,可以通过刈割收获酸模地上部分处理重金属Cu的场地污染;酸模可以作为Cu污染场地的植物修复的备选物种。
[Abstract]:Through field investigation and laboratory analysis, the content and physicochemical properties of heavy metals Pb, Cu, Cr in the natural growth of 10 pollution irrigated areas of Yichang urban area and the corresponding rhizosphere soil samples were studied. The results showed that the enrichment ability of the heavy metal Pb, Cu, Cr in the 10 sewage irrigation areas of Yichang urban area was greater than that of the stems and leaves, and the nitrogen was higher than that of the stems and leaves; and the nitrogen content of the heavy metals was greater than that of the stems and leaves in the 10 pollution irrigated areas of the city of Yichang. The soil with high phosphorus content has a strong ability to adsorb heavy metal Cu, which protects the normal growth of plants in the waste land of heavy metal Cu pollution to some extent. The increase of Cu content in the soil promotes the transport of Cu from the roots to the stems and leaves in the body of the acid mold, and can be used to treat the site pollution of the heavy metal Cu through the upper part of the mowing and harvesting acid mold; It can be used as an alternative species for phytoremediation of Cu contaminated sites.
