中国共产党关于生态文明建设的历史考察

【摘要】：中国共产党生态文明建设理论体系是中国共产党在革命、建设和改革中不断探索和发展的,是几代共产党人集体智慧凝聚的结晶。从保护植被到保护环境、从保护环境到可持续发展、从可持续发展到生态文明建设,经历了探索、形成、发展三个阶段,最终形成生态文明建设的理论体系。只有科学的把握中国共产党生态文明建设体系的主要观点和核心内容,才能实现建设“美丽中国”的宏伟目标。党的十六大以来,胡锦涛同志提出了科学发展观是生态文明建设的重要指导思想,可持续发展是生态文明建设的价值目标,转变发展方式是生态文明建设的关键环节,“两型社会”建设是生态文明建设的实践载体。党的十八大以来,出台了《中共中央国务院关于加快推进生态文明建设的意见》,对生态文明建设提出了新的思想、观点和论断,进一步丰富和发展了中国共产党生态文明建设理论,比较系统的回答了“为什么要加强生态文明建设和如何推进生态文明建设”这一重大问题。通过对中国共产党生态文明建设的历史考察,可以看出,中国特色社会主义生态文明建设理论与加强生态文明建设依然是一项任重而道远的历史任务。
[Abstract]:The theoretical system of the construction of ecological civilization of the Communist Party of China is constantly explored and developed by the Communist Party of China in the course of revolution, construction and reform, and is the crystallization of the collective wisdom of several generations of communists. From the protection of vegetation to the protection of the environment, from the protection of the environment to the sustainable development, from the sustainable development to the construction of ecological civilization, it has gone through three stages of exploration, formation and development, and finally formed the theoretical system of the construction of ecological civilization. Only by scientifically grasping the main viewpoints and core contents of the ecological civilization construction system of the Communist Party of China can we realize the grand goal of building "beautiful China". Since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Comrade Hu Jintao has put forward that the scientific concept of development is an important guiding ideology for the construction of ecological civilization, that sustainable development is the value goal of the construction of ecological civilization, and that changing the mode of development is the key link of the construction of ecological civilization. The construction of "two-type society" is the practical carrier of ecological civilization construction. Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have issued the "opinions on speeding up the Construction of Ecological Civilization", which has put forward new ideas, views and judgments on the construction of ecological civilization. It further enriches and develops the theory of ecological civilization construction of the Communist Party of China, and systematically answers the important question of "why to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization and how to promote the construction of ecological civilization". Through the historical investigation of the construction of ecological civilization of the Communist Party of China, it can be seen that the theory of building ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics and strengthening the construction of ecological civilization are still a heavy and long historical task.
