临潼污水处理厂二期工程工艺设计研究

【摘要】:本文以临潼污水处理厂二期工程工艺设计为研究对象,通过对污水处理厂一期工程实际运行水质、水量、主要处理设备和污染物处理效果等统计与实际监测分析,确定了二期工程设计规模和水质指标,对比选择推荐的工艺方案进行了参数选取和主要水处理构筑物工艺设计计算、工程投资估算和处理成本分析。得到主要结果如下:(1)通过对临潼污水处理厂实际运行水量统计和取样监测分析,结合污水厂服务区的发展与排水管网建设情况,运用累计频率分析的方法,确定二期工程设计规模为2.5×104m3/d;(2)统计分析污水厂一期工程实际运行的水质数据,结合现场采样检测数据,取定保证率为90%,进水水质确定为BOD5:150mg/L,COD:300 mg/L,SS:150 mg/L,NH3-N:30 mg/L,TN:40 mg/L,TP:4.5mg/L。(3)通过工艺比选,确定污水厂二期工程采用厌氧-缺氧-好氧活性污泥法工艺。二期的污泥处理与一期分开新建,确定采用浓缩—消化—脱水—干化—集中外运的处理工艺流程。(4)二期工程采用(3)中的污水和污泥处理工艺,水价最后确定为为1.4元每吨。污水厂二期扩建工程的建成投产,将使每年排入渭河的污染负荷大幅度削减,有较好的环境和社会效益。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the process design of the second phase project of Lintong sewage treatment plant as the research object, through statistics and actual monitoring analysis on the actual running water quality, quantity of water, main treatment equipment and pollutant treatment effect of the first stage project of the sewage treatment plant. The design scale and water quality index of the second phase project are determined, and the parameter selection, the main water treatment structure process design calculation, the project investment estimation and the treatment cost analysis are carried out by comparing and selecting the recommended process plan. The main results are as follows: (1) through the statistics of the actual operation water quantity and sampling monitoring analysis of Lintong sewage treatment Plant, combined with the development of the service area of the sewage treatment Plant and the construction of the drainage pipe network, the accumulative frequency analysis method is used. The treatment process of sewage and sludge is adopted in the second phase of the project. The water price is finally determined to be 1.4 yuan per ton. With the completion and commissioning of the second phase of the sewage treatment works, the pollution load discharged into the Weihe River every year will be greatly reduced, and it will have better environmental and social benefits.
