【摘要】:随着人们的环保意识越来越强,污水处理也越来越受到重视,如何高效的的运行污水处理厂、根据进水的变化调整运行参数,使出水达标是一个迫切需要解决的问题,相比于污水处理实验来说,污水处理的数值模拟来得更加简单直接,由于污水处理是一个复杂的生物化学过程,其中的反应机理、过程还有待深入挖掘,通过数值模拟从一定程度上可以帮助人们了解这些过程,同时为污水厂的设计、优化运行管理提供辅助,具有十分重要的意义。本文在深入了解现有的污水处理数值模拟软件和活性污泥模型的基础上,构建了L污水处理厂数值模拟模型,主要做了以下几方面的工作:(1)对L污水处理厂的运行工艺、设计参数和运行参数进行了简单的介绍,对曝气池进水和二沉池出水做了详细的监测,通过进出水水质指标分析了该污水处理厂的运行效果,认为出水总磷超标;(2)基于ASM2d模型和STOAT软件建立了L污水处理厂二级处理的数值模拟模型,该模型可以反映出污水处理过程中的一系列生化反应过程,但是模拟结果具有一定的误差,氨氮、总磷误差较大;(3)对可能造成误差的原因做出了分析,着重对ASM2d模型涉及到的动力学参数和化学计量系数进行了灵敏度分析,根据参数的灵敏度和Arrehenius公式校正了ASM2d的部分动力学参数和化学计量系数,校正后的模拟结果误差较小,模型可以用于后续的研究;(4)通过正交试验和模拟运行确定了L污水处理厂的最佳运行参数,最佳的运行参数为KLa=4h-1、污泥回流比40%、内回流比60%,通过动态的进水检验了最佳运行参数的正确性;(5)在L污水处理厂现有的构筑物基础上提出了可能的改进工艺——倒置A2/O工艺,通过建立倒置A2/O工艺的数值模拟模型发现该工艺并不适合L污水处理厂。
[Abstract]:With more and more people's awareness of environmental protection, sewage treatment is paid more and more attention. How to operate sewage treatment plant efficiently and adjust operation parameters according to the change of influent is an urgent problem that needs to be solved. Compared with the sewage treatment experiment, the numerical simulation of sewage treatment is simpler and more direct. Because sewage treatment is a complex biochemical process, the reaction mechanism and process need to be excavated deeply. Numerical simulation can help people to understand these processes to a certain extent, and at the same time, it is of great significance to provide assistance for the design and optimization of operation and management of wastewater treatment plants. On the basis of deep understanding of the existing numerical simulation software and activated sludge model of sewage treatment plant, a numerical simulation model of L sewage treatment plant is constructed in this paper. The main work of this paper is to do the following work: 1) the operation process of L sewage treatment plant. The design parameters and operation parameters are introduced in brief. The inlet and outlet water of the aeration tank and secondary settling tank are monitored in detail. The operation effect of the wastewater treatment plant is analyzed through the water quality index of the inlet and outlet water. Based on ASM2d model and STOAT software, a numerical simulation model for secondary treatment of L wastewater treatment plant is established. The model can reflect a series of biochemical reaction processes in the process of wastewater treatment. However, there are some errors in the simulation results. The errors of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus are large. The possible causes of errors are analyzed. The sensitivity analysis of the kinetic parameters and stoichiometric coefficients involved in ASM2d model is emphasized. Some kinetic parameters and stoichiometric coefficients of ASM2d were corrected according to the sensitivity of the parameters and the Arrehenius formula. The model can be used for further research. (4) the optimal operating parameters of L wastewater treatment plant are determined by orthogonal test and simulated operation. The optimum operating parameters are KLa-4h-1, sludge reflux ratio 40 and internal reflux ratio 60. The correctness of the optimal operating parameters is verified by dynamic influent. (5) based on the existing structure of the L sewage treatment plant, a possible improved process, the inverted A _ 2 / O process, is put forward. By establishing the numerical simulation model of inverted A _ 2 / O process, it is found that this process is not suitable for L wastewater treatment plant.
