废水污染源在线自动监控系统在包头市排污企业管理中的应用研究

【摘要】:包头市污染物排放量伴随着我国经济总量的不断扩大,特别是工业的快速发展和人民物质生活水平的日益提高,工业污水和生活污水造成的水体污染问题日益突出,我国的生态环境面临严峻的考验,环境保护的常规性检查已经无法满足对排污企业的监管,包头市国控重点污染源在线监控系统是在2008年年底投入建设的,截止到2010年通过验收,2011年进入应用阶段,包头市重点污染源在线监控系统所监控的企业的污染物排放量的总量达到包85%以上,可以非常准确的反映出企业的污染物排放量,给环境管理提供了充足的数据,也大大的提高了环境管理的水平。本文通过分析2013年包头市废水污染源在线自动监控数据的成果,动态掌握污染源企业的排污及超标情况,通过对在线监控企业污染物数据的分析研究,全面提高了环境监管能力,同时对重点排污企业制定了相应的管理办法,有效地预防环境污染事故的发生。
[Abstract]:The discharge of pollutants in Baotou City is accompanied by the continuous expansion of the total economic volume of our country, especially the rapid development of industry and the increasing improvement of people's material living standard, and the water pollution caused by industrial sewage and domestic sewage is becoming increasingly prominent. The ecological environment in our country is facing a severe test. The routine inspection of environmental protection can no longer meet the supervision of the sewage enterprises. The online monitoring system of the state-controlled key pollution sources in Baotou City was put into construction at the end of 2008. By 2010 through acceptance, in 2011 entered the application stage, Baotou key pollution source online monitoring system monitored the total amount of pollutants emissions reached more than 85% of the package, can very accurately reflect the amount of pollutant emissions of enterprises. Provide sufficient data for environmental management, but also greatly improve the level of environmental management. By analyzing the results of on-line automatic monitoring data of waste water pollution sources in Baotou City in 2013, this paper dynamically grasps the situation of pollutant discharge and exceeding the standard of pollution source enterprises, and analyzes and studies the pollutant data of on-line monitoring enterprises. The ability of environmental supervision has been improved, and the corresponding management measures have been made for key sewage enterprises to prevent the occurrence of environmental pollution accidents effectively.
