我国中小城镇中水回用处理工艺应用的可行性研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的飞速发展和城镇化建设的加快,水资源短缺的问题日渐严重,在我国很多地方水资源短缺已经严重阻碍和制约着国民经济的持续发展。水资源的利用问题在我国中小城镇表现的尤为突出,这些地区的环境保护工作滞后、污染防治措施匮乏、公众环保意识薄弱,再加上该地区中小城镇污水处理技术相对落后,工艺流程设计达不到预期效果,使水环境质量受到严重威胁。因此,研究和应用污水回用技术对于我国中小城镇而言,不仅有利于保障了水资源的循环有效利用,而且更有着降低工业生产成本,维护和促进整个中小城镇经济社会和持续发展的现实性要求。本研究针对我国中小城镇污水排放量小,氮、磷含量高等特点,结合污水处理厂传统生物处理工艺运行中存在的问题,通过对中水回用处理工艺—水解酸化+MSBR+絮凝反应+活性砂滤的研究分析,主要取得了以下成果:1)通过对我国中小城镇污水排放特征研究和各中水回用生物处理工艺特点的比对,以水解酸化为预处理过程,絮凝反应和活性砂滤为深度处理方法,MSBR为处理核心的中水处理工艺,适用于中小城镇中处理污水处理量小、占地面积小、脱氮除磷能力要求高的中水回用处理工艺。2)通过对秦皇岛市青龙县污水处理厂中水回用工艺分析,辅以大量的污水进、出口监测数据,论证了以MSBR为核心的中水回用工艺,处理效果达到预期排放标准,从技术要求上是可行的。并通过投资估算,经济、利润、敏感性、盈亏平衡等经济效益分析,结果显示其具有很好的应用前景。本研究为我国中小城镇污水处理系统的规划和设计提供可靠的技术支持,同时也为秦皇岛周边中小城镇中水回用技术发展提供了很好的借鉴,对构建全新的中水回收处理工艺,促进中小城镇自身的水资源循环利用,改善城镇水资源污染状况带来深远的影响。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the problem of water shortage is becoming more and more serious. In many places in our country, the shortage of water resources has seriously hindered and restricted the sustainable development of the national economy. The utilization of water resources is particularly prominent in small and medium-sized towns in China. The environmental protection work in these areas is lagging behind, the pollution prevention measures are scarce, the public awareness of environmental protection is weak, and the sewage treatment technology of the small and medium-sized towns in this area is relatively backward. The design of technological process can not achieve the expected effect, and the quality of water environment is seriously threatened. Therefore, the research and application of wastewater reuse technology for small and medium-sized towns in China is not only conducive to ensuring the effective use of water resources, but also reduces the cost of industrial production. To maintain and promote the economic and social development of the whole small and medium-sized towns and the reality of sustainable development requirements. In view of the characteristics of small sewage discharge, high nitrogen and phosphorus content in small and medium-sized towns in China, the problems existed in the operation of traditional biological treatment process of sewage treatment plant were studied in this study. Through the research and analysis of reclaimed water treatment process-hydrolytic acidification MSBR flocculation reactive sand filtration, The main achievements are as follows: (1) through the study of sewage discharge characteristics of small and medium-sized towns in China and the comparison of the characteristics of each reclaimed water reuse biological treatment process, the hydrolysis and acidification is taken as the pretreatment process. Flocculation reaction and activated sand filtration are advanced treatment methods. MSBR is the core process of reclaimed water treatment. It is suitable for small amount of sewage treatment and small area of land in small and medium-sized cities and towns. By analyzing the reclaimed water reuse process of Qinglong sewage treatment Plant in Qinhuangdao City, supplemented by a large amount of monitoring data on the import and export of sewage, the reclaimed water reuse process with MSBR as the core was demonstrated. The treatment effect reaches the expected emission standard, which is feasible from the technical requirements. Through the economic analysis of investment estimation, economy, profit, sensitivity, profit and loss balance, the results show that it has a good application prospect. This study provides reliable technical support for the planning and design of sewage treatment system in small and medium-sized towns in China, and also provides a good reference for the development of water reuse technology in the small and medium-sized towns around Qinhuangdao. Promoting the recycling of water resources in small and medium-sized towns and improving the pollution of water resources in cities and towns bring far-reaching influence.
