气液接触蒸发处理高盐废水的研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济快速的发展,近年来环境污染问题日趋严重,水环境的污染,土壤的污染,大气的污染,对我国人民的生活和健康造成了严重的影响。其中高含盐废水的排放对土壤和水体的污染不可小觑,由于我国对高盐废水的排放没有明确的排放标准,因此一些行业产生的高盐废水一般直接排放,对环境造成严重污染,不符合我国可持续发展战略。本文在分析高盐废水处理现有技术的基础上,开展了气液接触蒸发浓缩处理高盐废水,实现高盐废水的零排放。本文主要研究了双相俱孔板的开孔形式、双相俱孔板的倾斜角度、循环流量、风量、废水温度、含盐量、气象条件对蒸发效果的影响。结果显示:双相具孔板的最佳开孔形式为SQH-03;最佳的倾斜角度为45度时更有利于高盐废水的浓缩蒸发;循环流量和风量对试验的影响趋势相同,均是随着风量和循环流量的增大,蒸发量先增大后减小;废水的温度对蒸发的影响比较大,并且随着废水温度的增大,蒸发量增大;而废水含盐量对蒸发的影响较小;不同空气温度和湿度对试验的影响显示,空气湿度和空气温度对气液接触蒸发浓缩装置的蒸发量有一定的影响,随着空气湿度的增大,蒸发量不断增大,并且影响较大。随着空气温度的增大,蒸发量不断的增大,影响较小。通过正交试验,得出各影响因素对试验的影响程度大小的顺序依次为:温度流量风量Na Cl浓度,最佳水平组合为:温度为60℃,流量为4000L/h,风量为234m3/h,Na Cl的浓度为15g/L。通过对质、热交换模型的推导,得出计算蒸发量的计算公式并求出在不同温度下的相应系数k。针对气液接触蒸发系统处理热电厂冷却循环废水设计了处理工艺流程。探讨了高盐废水预加热方式可以利用废热资源和太阳能。泥渣的处理方法选择填埋的方式。蒸发水通过对其进行冷凝回收。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the environmental pollution problem is becoming more and more serious in recent years. The pollution of water environment, soil pollution and atmosphere pollution have caused serious impact on the life and health of the people in our country. The discharge of high salt wastewater can not be underestimated on the soil and water pollution. Because there is no clear discharge standard for high salt wastewater in our country, the high salt wastewater produced by some industries is generally discharged directly, which causes serious pollution to the environment. It does not accord with the sustainable development strategy of our country. On the basis of analyzing the existing technology of high-salt wastewater treatment, the gas-liquid contact evaporation concentrated treatment of high-salt wastewater was carried out, and the zero discharge of high-salt wastewater was realized. In this paper, the effects of the opening form of the biphasic hole-plate, the inclined angle of the biphasic hole-plate, the circulating flow rate, the air volume, the waste water temperature, the salt content and the meteorological conditions on the evaporation effect are studied. The results show that the optimum opening form of double-phase perforated plate is SQH-03, and the optimum inclination angle is 45 degrees, which is more favorable to the concentration and evaporation of high-salt wastewater, and the effect of circulating flow rate and air volume on the test is the same, both with the increase of air volume and circulating flow rate. Evaporation increased first and then decreased; the temperature of wastewater affected evaporation greatly, and with the increase of wastewater temperature, evaporation increased; the salt content of wastewater had little effect on evaporation; the effect of different air temperature and humidity on the experiment showed that, Air humidity and air temperature have a certain influence on evaporation capacity of gas-liquid contact evaporation condenser. With the increase of air humidity, evaporation quantity increases and has a great influence. With the increase of air temperature, evaporation increases continuously and the influence is small. By orthogonal experiment, the order of influence degree of each factor on the test is as follows: temperature flow rate, air volume, NaCl concentration.
