【摘要】：正编者按"嗓子发痒,眼睛疼,耳膜疼,头疼……"春天已悄悄来临,但冬季"雾霾症状"留给我们的不适还记忆犹新。最近30多年,中国经济高速发展,工业化和城市化迅猛推进,各类资源富集在大型和特大型城市中。物流、资金流和信息流的集中,造成人流向局部地区集中。经济活动增强之后,财富高度集聚,生活方式的变迁带来资源和能源的巨量消耗,各类废弃物包括废气的排放
[Abstract]:Editor's note: "itchy throat, eye pain, eardrum pain, headache." Spring has come quietly, but the haze symptoms of winter leave us with fresh memories. In the last 30 years, with the rapid development of Chinese economy, industrialization and urbanization, all kinds of resources are concentrated in large and super large cities. The concentration of material flow, capital flow and information flow leads to local concentration of people. When economic activity increases, wealth is highly concentrated, and lifestyle changes lead to huge consumption of resources and energy, as well as emissions of all types of waste, including exhaust gases
