均相催化湿式空气氧化连续处理高含盐高浓度有机废水

【摘要】:环境问题越来越被重视,高含盐高浓度有机废水的处理是工业上攻关难点之一。首先,本文采用催化湿式空气氧化方法降解相应的模拟废水:(1).考察固定床反应器运行的稳定性和处理效率时,在温度280℃、系统压力为10MPa、液体流量1 Oml/min,气体流量140L/h时处理单组份(正丁醇)废水和多组分(正丁醇-邻氯苯酚)废水,COD转化率分别为90%和95%。(2).筛选降解多组分模拟废水的均相催化剂,通过成本和催化活性的综合考虑,固定床反应器采用的均相催化剂为Cu2+-Fe2+,阳离子质量比为1:1。(3).其最佳工艺条件如下:催化剂阳离子总浓度为50mg/L、温度为200℃、压力为3MPa、液体流量为1 Oml/min,气体流量为130L/h。在最佳反应条件下,废水COD值转化率为89.12%,邻氯苯酚转化率接近100%。(4).首次考察不同含盐量对催化湿式空气氧化效率的影响,盐浓度范围为1~5%,COD转化率变化在5%以内,结果表明此方法是可以用来处理高含盐有机废水的。其次,本文研究了模拟废水在固定床反应器内降解的动力学过程,在空气过量的情况下,建立了反应的一级动力学模型,获得了不同温度下有机废水COD值的变化方程,推导出相应的表观反应速率常数k*,表观活化能为19.52lKJ/mol表观指前因子1nA为1.664。最后,根据之前处理高含盐有机废水的效果,本文对真实高含盐脂肪族酰肌氨酸钠废水进行了处理。根据废水的相关性质,先采用自制絮凝剂静置沉降废水中的固定悬浮物,再将废水进入催化湿式空气氧化装置进行优化处理。废水COD值得到进一步降解,设备出口的废水COD值为1160mg/L,在均相催化剂回收后,与其他非含盐可生化废水调配后进入耗氧型生化池处理。
