MBR工艺处理城镇污水工艺研究

【摘要】:防治污染,保护环境是我国的一项基本国策,也是地方政府的一项重要职责。随着社会经济的快速发展、城镇化进度的加快,工业废水、城镇污水规模不断增加,水污染问题逐渐严重,大量工业废水、城市污水未经处理直接排入环境,污染大量水资源,加剧了我国水资源的紧缺。废水治理的严重滞后,已经成为我国水环境污染的重要因素,直接威胁我国保障居民饮用水的安全和居民身体健康,同时对工业、农业的生产产生严重影响。如果我国废水处理体系不抓紧建设,将直接对人们的身体健康和居住、社会经济、生态环境造成威胁。近年来,国家日益重视水环境污染状况,并针对性的进行了全国污染源普查,加大对水污染防治设施的建设投入,建设了一批具有示范意义的城市(含工业园区)污水处理厂,使废水、污水处理状况有所好转。某县城市污水处理厂采用是的生产废水和生活污水先分流处理再合并处理的方法,用生产废水、生活污水分别经过预处理后混合后再一起经过MBR生物接触氧化池处理,经过处理之后能够达到达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中一级标准的B标准,废水处理的流程相对简单,处理的成本较低,该工程实例为此类废水的研究提供了参考和依据。经过对该工程的设计、运行调试、结果分析,可以得到以下结论:(1)该类废水主要是去除COD和T-N、T-P等污染物质,本工艺采用MBR生化处理工艺具有较好的处理效果;(2)经过二个多月的调试之后,废水处理工程进入到稳定的阶段,废水出水CODCr、T-N的均值分别为39.3 mg/L、7.06 mg/L,去除率分别可以达到90.5%、55%。
[Abstract]:To prevent and control pollution and protect environment is a basic national policy and an important duty of local government. With the rapid development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the scale of industrial wastewater and urban sewage is increasing, the problem of water pollution is becoming more and more serious, a large amount of industrial waste water is discharged directly into the environment without treatment, and a large number of water resources are polluted. The shortage of water resources in China has been aggravated. The serious lag of wastewater treatment has become an important factor of water environment pollution in our country, which directly threatens the safety of drinking water and the health of residents in our country. At the same time, it has a serious impact on the production of industry and agriculture. If the waste water treatment system in our country is not constructed quickly, it will directly threaten people's health and living, social economy and ecological environment. In recent years, the state has paid more and more attention to the situation of water environment pollution, and has carried out a nationwide pollution source survey, increased investment in the construction of water pollution prevention facilities, and built a number of urban sewage treatment plants (including industrial parks) with exemplary significance. The treatment of waste water and sewage has been improved. In a county sewage treatment plant, the production wastewater and the domestic sewage were treated first by diverging water and then combined with each other. The production wastewater and the domestic sewage were treated by MBR biological contact oxidation tank after pretreatment and mixing, respectively. After treatment, the wastewater treatment process is relatively simple and the cost of treatment is relatively low, which can meet the first class B standard of the pollutant discharge standard of the municipal wastewater treatment plant (GB 18918-2002). The engineering example provides a reference and basis for the study of this kind of wastewater. Through the design, operation and commissioning of the project, the following conclusions can be obtained: (1) the main pollutants of this kind of wastewater are the removal of COD and T-Nu T-P, etc. After more than two months of debugging, the wastewater treatment project has entered a stable stage, the average value of effluent CODCrTN is 39.3 mg / L ~ (7.06) mg / L, and the removal rate can reach 90.5 ~ (55) g 路L ~ (-1), respectively.
