中国城市化与生态环境交互耦合测度研究

【摘要】:城市化系统与生态环境系统是城市经济发展的重要组成要素,二者之间有较复杂的交互作用关系。在全面把握城市化内涵的基础上,引入"PSR"模型构建城市化与生态环境耦合评价指标体系,通过构建耦合测度模型,对中国30个地区城市化与生态环境的耦合值进行量化测度,分析我国2004~2013年各地区城市化与生态环境耦合情况及时序特征。研究结果表明我国生态环境受城市化影响显著,呈现"S"型波动特征,模型结果显示我国城市化与生态环境耦合协调类型为基本协调,处于拮抗阶段向磨合阶段过渡期,我国暂时未实现高水平协调,说明我国城市化与生态环境二者仍有较大的提升空间,需要加强环保治理投资,促进二者向高水平协调方向演进,充分发挥城市化与生态环境良性融合作用。
[Abstract]:Urbanization system and ecological environment system are important elements of urban economic development, and there is a complex interaction relationship between them. On the basis of grasping the connotation of urbanization, this paper introduces "PSR" model to construct the index system of urbanization and eco-environment coupling evaluation, and quantifies the coupling value of urbanization and ecological environment in 30 regions of China by constructing coupling measure model. The coupling of urbanization and ecological environment in China from 2004 to 2013 and its temporal characteristics are analyzed. The results show that the ecological environment in China is significantly affected by urbanization, showing the "S" type of fluctuation. The results of the model show that the coupling and coordination type of urbanization and ecological environment in China is basically coordinated, and it is in the transition period from antagonistic stage to running-in stage. The fact that our country has not realized high-level coordination for the time being shows that there is still great room for improvement between urbanization and ecological environment in our country. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen investment in environmental protection governance and promote the evolution of the two towards a high level of coordination. Give full play to the role of urbanization and the benign integration of the ecological environment.
