潮白河顺义段再生水利用工程对地下水影响风险管理
[Abstract]:The utilization of reclaimed water is an effective way to solve the problem of water shortage and water pollution, and has been paid more and more attention by the countries all over the world. In our country, especially in the northern area where water shortage is serious, reclaimed water utilization is imperative. Beijing is densely populated, short of water resources, less than 300 m3 per capita, is a one-eighth of the national per capita, belongs to the severe water shortage area. The quantity and quality of reclaimed water from sewage treatment plant after advanced treatment are stable, which can not only save precious water resources, but also relieve the pressure of reducing the emission of sewage. Therefore, in recent years, urban reclaimed water utilization project has developed rapidly. Chaobai River is one of the important water sources in Beijing. Since 2007, the reclaimed water in Shunyi section of Chaobai River has been transferred from Wenyu River after MBR treatment to the reduced river, in order to restore the ecological water use of Chaobai River and improve the water environment around the Olympic Stadium and Shunyi New City. The purpose of this paper is to study and analyze the water quality safety risk caused by reclaimed water recharging groundwater through channel infiltration in Shunyi section of Chaobai River. The reclaimed water may cause environmental risk by replenishing the surface water of the river and carrying a small amount of residual pollutants in the water. Based on the research progress and the frontier of domestic and foreign research on the reclaimed water quality and the influence of reclaimed water utilization on groundwater, based on the existing domestic water quality standards, effect evaluation and comprehensive evaluation, The method of risk impact index identification and evaluation is established. The risk impact index is identified and the risk grade is evaluated. The risk management object and target for the project are put forward. Based on the assessment of groundwater pollution risk, the object and goal of groundwater pollution risk management in Shunyi section of Chaobai River are put forward. Combined with the process analysis of reclaimed water infiltration to replenish groundwater, it is proposed that water quality control should be included in reclaimed water source. The risk management methods and measures of surface water self-purification, aeration interception and groundwater utilization and protection.
