钛白废酸提钪工艺中除钛的研究

【摘要】:在钛白废酸中,钛量约是钪的500倍。因此,在提钪工艺中,除钛是关键,常见的方法是萃取法。实验研究表明,在硫酸加双氧水除钛方法中,当洗液中硫酸酸度为6 mol/L,双氧水含量为4%,洗涤温度为70℃,搅拌时间为25分钟,洗涤段为6级,洗涤相比O/A=3∶1时,负载有机相中钛的去除率为99.67%,且洗涤过程中钪未损失。
