ICP-MS测定辣椒中各种重金属方法研究

【摘要】:保定望都辣椒种植历史有500多年。望都辣椒有了较高的声誉和广泛的影响,以其优质的品种和较大的种植规模,赢得了"辣都"的誉称。望都辣椒不仅是河北省的名贵土特产,也成为中国传统的出口农副土特产品之一。但由于近年来,环境污染严重,国家对食品安全越来越重视,为了保障辣椒的品质,对辣椒等农产品的检验呈现增加态势。该方法分析速度快、操作简单,方法检出限、精密度和线性范围均能满足我国及国际重金属元素检测的要求,进一步提高分析方法灵敏度和准确性。
[Abstract]:Baoding Wangdu pepper cultivation history of more than 500 years. Wangdu capsicum has a high reputation and extensive influence, with its high quality varieties and large scale of cultivation, won the "hot city" reputation. Wangdu capsicum is not only a rare local product of Hebei Province, but also one of Chinese traditional export products. However, due to the serious environmental pollution in recent years, the country pays more and more attention to food safety. In order to ensure the quality of pepper, the inspection of pepper and other agricultural products is increasing. The method has the advantages of high analysis speed, simple operation, detection limit, precision and linear range, which can meet the requirements of heavy metal detection both in China and in the world, and further improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the analytical method.
