仁怀市苍龙片区白酒废水处理工程研究

【摘要】:随着我国工业化和城镇化进程的加快,企业排放的工业废水越来越多,水体污染受到各界广泛关注。加上近年来一些中小企业,由于其生产工艺落后,一些企业没有配套的污水处理设施,或者随着企业的扩建,处理设施已经达不到处理规模,使得水质未达到国家排放标准就排入水体,造成了水资源严重污染,工业废水等所带来的环境形势依然严峻,环境风险不断凸显,污染治理任务依然艰巨。白酒是我国具有传统象征的,独有的酒种。随着人们的物质生活水平不断提高,自然而然对白酒的需求量也变得越来越大,白酒行业随之迅速发展,而白酒废水具有高有机物浓度、可生化性较好、悬浮物多等特点,如何解决和探索白酒废水带来的水环境污染问题也成为各方研究者的热点。本论文依托项目建设背景,查阅相关资料文献,综合了国内外酒精类废水所采用的处理工艺进展,实地考察了仁怀市苍龙片区的白酒厂的具体情况,分析其废水水质、水量。该白酒废水处理工程设计规模2000m3/d,进水水质CODCr≤12000mg/L,BOD5≤4000mg/L,SS≤500mg/L,TN≤70mg/L,NH3-N≤50mg/L,TP≤9.2mg/L。经过工艺对比,以及工程实际情况,确定了白酒废水处理组合工艺,运用厌氧-好氧组合工艺对仁怀市苍龙片区白酒废水进行处理,最终确定该厌氧处理工艺采用多级内循环MIC厌氧反应器,而好氧处理工艺则采用周期性循环活性污泥法CASS反应池,该厌氧-好氧组合工艺具有良好的经济和节能环保效益,同时,还对其沼气加热工程、建筑工程、电气自动化工程、通风工程、节能环保工程方案等进行了分析考察,并综合分析了项目投资情况、社会经济影响、工程风险等。通过实践,废水经过工艺处理后达到了GB27631-2011《发酵酒精和白酒工业水污染物排放标准》中的限值排放标准。总体来看,MIC+CASS组合工艺具有运行稳定、处理效果好、环保节能、容积负荷高、占地小,造价较低等优点,是一种值得应用推广的处理技术。

In addition, in recent years, some small and medium-sized enterprises, due to their backward production technology, some enterprises do not have supporting sewage treatment facilities, or with the expansion of enterprises, the treatment facilities have not reached the scale of treatment. The water quality does not meet the national discharge standards into the water, resulting in serious pollution of water resources, industrial wastewater and other environmental situation is still grim, environmental risks continue to highlight, the task of pollution control is still arduous. Liquor is the traditional symbol of our country, unique wine. With the improvement of people's living standard, the demand for liquor becomes more and more, and the liquor industry develops rapidly, and liquor wastewater has the characteristics of high organic concentration, good biodegradability, and more suspended matter, etc. How to solve and explore the water environmental pollution caused by liquor wastewater has also become a hot spot for researchers. In this paper, based on the background of the project construction, consulting the relevant materials and literature, synthesizing the progress of the treatment process of alcohol wastewater at home and abroad, the concrete situation of the liquor factory in Canglong district of Renhuai City was investigated, and the water quality and quantity of the wastewater were analyzed.
