西安市第六污水厂二期工程工艺设计研究

【摘要】:本文以西安市第六污水厂二期工程工艺设计为研究对象,通过对污水处理厂一期工程实际运行水质、水量、主要处理设备和污染物处理效果等统计与实际监测分析,确定了二期工程设计规模和水质指标,对确定的工艺方案进行了参数选取和主要水处理构筑物设计计算以及处理成本分析。得到主要结果如下:(1)通过对第六污水处理厂实际运行水量统计和取样监测分析,结合污水厂服务区的发展与排水管网建设情况,运用累计频率分析的方法,确定二期工程设计规模为10×104m3/d;(2)统计分析了第六污水处理厂一期工程实际运行的水质数据,并结合现场采样监测,利用保证率为90%,确定了二期工程的设计进水水质:BOD5=230mg/L,COD=470mg/L,NH4+ N=36mg/L,TN=50mg/L,TP=5.0mg/L,SS=300mg/L;(3)结合一期工程工艺实际运行情况,通过方案的分析比较,确定二期工程处理采用改良型A/A/O+次氯酸钠消毒工艺,污泥处理采用板框压滤脱水工艺;(4)通过计算,确定了A/A/O工艺主要处理构筑物的相关参数和构筑物尺寸;(5)对采用的处理工艺进行了处理成本分析,单方水处理经营成本为0.73元。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the process design of the second phase of the sixth sewage treatment Plant in Xi'an is taken as the research object. Through the statistics and analysis of the actual running water quality, water quantity, main treatment equipment and pollutant treatment effect of the first stage of the sewage treatment plant, and the actual monitoring and analysis, etc. The design scale and water quality index of the second phase project are determined, and the parameters selection, the design calculation of the main water treatment structure and the analysis of the treatment cost are carried out. The main results are as follows: (1) through statistics and sampling monitoring of the actual operation of the sixth sewage treatment plant, combined with the development of the service area of the sewage treatment plant and the construction of the drainage pipe network, the accumulative frequency analysis method is used. The design scale of the second phase project is determined to be 10 脳 10 4 m 3 / d. (2) the water quality data of the first stage project of the sixth sewage treatment plant are statistically analyzed, and combined with field sampling and monitoring, Using the guarantee rate of 90%, the design influent water quality of the second phase project was determined: BOD530mg / L COD5 470mg / L NH _ 4 N ~ (36) mg / L ~ T ~ (50) mg / L ~ (50) mg 路L ~ (-1)% SSN = 300mg / L; (3) combined with the actual operation of the first stage of the project, through the analysis and comparison of the project, it was determined that the modified A/A/O sodium hypochlorite disinfection process should be adopted in the second stage of the project. The sludge treatment adopts the plate-frame pressure filtration dehydration process; (4) through calculation, the related parameters and the structure size of the main treatment structure of the A/A/O process are determined; (5) the treatment cost of the adopted treatment process is analyzed, and the operating cost of the unilateral water treatment is 0.73 yuan.
