农村生活垃圾收运系统选址与周期性运输方案研究

【摘要】:农村生活垃圾收运系统主要由收集、运输、中转、处理等环节构成,垃圾收运系统衔接着垃圾产生的源头与最终处置的结尾。因此该系统内设施的合理布局、收运模式的合理选择,规模适当的生活垃圾收运系统,对于提高农村生活垃圾的收运效率,降低垃圾处置成本以及改善农村环境具有重要的意义。本文主要针对农村生活垃圾收运系统中中转站、处理厂的选址问题进行分析研究,设计出了符合我国国情的农村生活垃圾收运系统选址模型。并针对该系统后期运输方式提出了两种周期性运输方案,为实际操作过程中采取合理的运输方案,降低运输成本提供了理论依据。在第2章中,针对我国农村垃圾中转站及处理厂的选址问题进行研究,从垃圾运量的角度考虑,在综合村庄的人口数量,地皮价格等因素的基础上,设计出了在一定条件下建立农村垃圾中转站的费用最小选址模型,并进一步将垃圾中转站和处理厂选址结合在一起,根据建设处理厂的不同要求,给出了垃圾中转站及处理厂的综合费用最小选址模型。从而构建了一个户集-村收-县中转-市处理的农村生活垃圾收运系统。在第2章内容的基础上,第3章将垃圾的回收考虑在内,对之前系统中的处理厂进行分化,将选址模型与回收网络模型结合起来,建立了农村生活垃圾中转站、处理厂的选址费用最小可回收网络数学模型。从而建立了一个适合我国国情的垃圾可回收网络系统。在第4章中,为了节约运输成本,针对农村垃圾中转站到处理厂的运输进行研究,提出了俩个周期性运输方案。通过对运输方案建立费用最小数学模型,从而得出各垃圾中转站的最优中转周期。最终通过具体案例,证明了方案的有效性。本章分析了农村垃圾的处理方案的优化问题,具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Rural domestic refuse collection and transportation system is mainly composed of collection, transportation, transfer, treatment and other links. Garbage collection and transportation system links the source of garbage generation and the end of final disposal. Therefore, the reasonable layout of facilities in the system, the reasonable selection of collection and transportation mode, and the proper scale of domestic refuse collection and transportation system can improve the collection and transportation efficiency of rural domestic waste. It is of great significance to reduce the cost of garbage disposal and improve the rural environment. In this paper, the location problem of the rural domestic refuse collection and transportation system is analyzed and studied, and the location model of the rural domestic refuse collection and transportation system is designed according to the situation of our country. Two periodic transportation schemes are put forward in view of the late transportation mode of the system, which provides a theoretical basis for the adoption of reasonable transportation scheme and the reduction of transportation cost in practical operation. In chapter 2, we study the location of rural refuse transfer station and treatment plant in our country, consider from the point of view of garbage transport quantity, on the basis of the population of comprehensive village, land price and so on. In this paper, the cost minimum location model of the rural refuse transfer station is designed under certain conditions, and the waste transfer station and the treatment plant location are further combined, according to the different requirements of the construction treatment plant. The minimum cost model of refuse transfer station and treatment plant is given. Thus, a collection and transportation system of rural domestic waste is constructed. On the basis of the second chapter, the third chapter takes waste recycling into account, divides the treatment plants in the previous system, combines the location model with the recycling network model, and establishes the rural domestic waste transfer station. The mathematical model of the least recoverable network for the location cost of the treatment plant. Thus, a garbage recyclable network system suitable for China's national conditions is established. In chapter 4, in order to save the transportation cost, two periodic transportation schemes are put forward in order to study the transportation from the rural refuse transfer station to the treatment plant. The optimal transfer period of each refuse transfer station is obtained by establishing the minimum cost mathematical model of the transportation scheme. Finally, through a specific case, the effectiveness of the scheme is proved. This chapter analyzes the optimization of rural garbage disposal scheme, which has certain reference value.
