生物法净化高铁锰地下水试验研究

【摘要】:在宁夏回族自治区银川市,由于部分地区地下水水源铁锰含量超标,同时还遭受着不同程度的污染,如果用传统工艺去处理这些水源,水质通常达不到我国卫生饮用水的标准要求,这就使得用新技术、新工艺去除地下水中的铁锰成为当前水企关注的重要课题。近年来,随着除铁锰工艺的不断进步,生物法除地下水铁锰成为一个经济高效的途径。锰砂和石英砂是目前地下水除铁锰常用的滤料,锰砂比重大,易板结,在处理过程中会产生反冲洗耗氧量大、冲洗困难的问题;相比之下,石英砂比重较小,可以节省反冲洗水量。因此在除地下水铁锰的技术中,寻找一种高效的滤料来代替锰砂,对地下水除铁锰有重大的意义。本文旨在为银川市第三水厂做前期试验工作准备,并据此作为银川地下水生物法除铁锰技术的应用参考依据。本论文试验以石英砂和锰砂为过滤材料。将地下水厂的混合菌泥接种扩大再培养,然后以驯化挂膜的方式来形成生物除铁锰滤料,进而处理人工模拟的含铁锰地下水。此外还对滤层中分布的微生物进行了观察。试验分上半年和下半年两个阶段进行。通过实验研究认为:出于经济性和除铁锰效率的考虑,在前两个季度,选用石英砂滤料除地下水中的铁锰更有效,后两个季度的条件下锰砂滤料除地下水中的铁锰更有效。综合考虑,建议在本试验的基础上进一步考察石英砂-锰砂双层滤料的除铁锰效果。
[Abstract]:In Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous region, due to the excess iron and manganese content of groundwater sources in some areas, and at the same time suffering from various levels of pollution, if these water sources are treated with traditional techniques, The water quality is usually not up to the standard of sanitary drinking water in China, which makes it an important issue for water enterprises to remove iron and manganese from groundwater with new technology and process. In recent years, with the continuous progress of iron and manganese removal technology, biological removal of iron and manganese in groundwater has become an economical and efficient way. Manganese sand and quartz sand are the commonly used filter materials for removing iron and manganese from groundwater at present. Manganese sand has a large specific gravity and is easy to set up. In the process of treatment, the problem of large amount of backwashing oxygen consumption and difficulty in washing is produced. In contrast, the specific gravity of quartz sand is relatively small. Can save backwash water. Therefore, in the technology of removing iron and manganese from groundwater, it is of great significance to find an efficient filter material instead of manganese sand. The purpose of this paper is to prepare the preliminary test for Yinchuan No. 3 Water Plant and to serve as a reference for the application of biological method for removing iron and manganese from Yinchuan groundwater. In this paper, quartz sand and manganese sand are used as filtration materials. The mixed bacteria sludge of groundwater plant was inoculated and recultured, and then the biological iron and manganese removal filter material was formed by domesticating and hanging membrane, and then the artificial simulated iron and manganese groundwater was treated. In addition, the distribution of microbes in the filter layer was observed. The experiment is divided into two stages: first half and second half. The experimental results show that in the first two quarters, it is more effective to use quartz sand filter material to remove iron and manganese from groundwater, and the latter two seasons to remove iron and manganese from groundwater. In view of economic efficiency and efficiency of iron and manganese removal, it is more effective to select quartz sand filter material to remove iron and manganese from groundwater in the first two quarters. It is suggested that the effect of removing iron and manganese from quartz sand-manganese sand bilayer filter media should be further investigated on the basis of this experiment.
