【摘要】:本文提出了一维结渣动力学模型,并用该模型研究铝电解槽废旧阴极炭块的高温燃烧动力学。研究了不同碳含量和温度对反应速率的影响,实验结果表明:在碳含量为70%~100%时,碳浓度变化对反应速率的影响符合0.46级反应;在温度区间为900~1080℃时,碳含量为72%的废旧阴极炭块活化能为2263.15k J/mol。动力学机理函数公式为1/αln|1-α|-1/α|1-α-αm|=βt
