郑州市餐厨厨余垃圾处理工程项目工艺设计
[Abstract]:With the expansion of the city scale and the population growth, the waste of food and kitchen waste in Zhengzhou City is increasing rapidly, and it is very necessary to build a kitchen waste treatment plant. Based on the successful experience at home and abroad and the present situation of climate, geography, population and economy in Zhengzhou City, this paper puts forward a process design scheme for the construction of a kitchen waste treatment plant in Zhengzhou. The scale of cooking waste disposal in Zhengzhou city is: 73000 t / d, 73000 t / d, 300t / d, 109500 t / d respectively. The waste treatment plant mainly adopts the "pretreatment anaerobic fermentation" comprehensive treatment process. That is, the process scheme of "wet medium temperature anaerobic fermentation of pulping" and "high pressure extrusion separation of dry high temperature anaerobic fermentation" was adopted for kitchen waste. After entering the factory, the waste is sent to the crusher for crushing, then into the pulping tank, the material after the pulping is separated by the slag slurry separator, the slurry is sent to the homogeneous tank after deoiling, and finally sent to the wet anaerobic fermenter, and the residue is sent to the landfill for treatment. After the kitchen waste is put into the factory, the kitchen waste is separated into two parts by crushing and feeding into the high efficiency extruding separator, the residue part is sent to the landfill for landfill, and the organic matter part is sent to the dry anaerobic fermenter. The biogas produced by anaerobic fermentation is supplied partly by wet hydrolysis, partly by power supply and heating by the system, and the rest is used in other facilities in and around the plant area. The main working systems of the refuse treatment plant include: the kitchen waste collection and transportation system, the pretreatment system, the anaerobic fermentation system, the biogas purification and utilization system and the biogas dehydration system, in which the biogas and leachate are fed into the supporting leachate treatment system. Dehydrated biogas residue is fed into composting workshop and residue is sent to landfill for treatment. The design scheme meets the development planning and policy needs of the state and Zhengzhou, is conducive to the realization of harmless, reduced and resource treatment of kitchen waste, and is conducive to the protection of urban environmental hygiene and human and animal safety. With good economic and social benefits and exemplary role.
