三电极余氯检测系统的研究与设计

【摘要】:氯气消毒法具有很高的性价比,被我国大部分自来水厂用于消毒处理,出厂水余氯(free chlorine)含量的指标反映出了自来水水质的好坏。随着生活水平的提高,饮用水中的余氯检测越来越受到人们的重视,余氯的检测对于严格控制水质质量,保证用水安全具有十分重要的实用价值。本文介绍了余氯检测的研究背景,饮用水的处理工艺技术和国内外研究现状及发展趋势,利用化学传感技术和嵌入式技术结合的方法实现了三电极余氯检测的技术研究,并以此为出发点开发出高性能的余氯检测系统。文中重点介绍了三电极余氯传感器的研制过程和系统的软硬件设计方案,并对检测系统完成了标定与测试。本文首先,阐述了三电极余氯传感器的检测原理;其次,详细给出了检测系统的硬件设计,包括了余氯传感器的制作方案和检测电路的设计方法,分别对余氯传感器的电极材料的选择、腔体结构的设计以及制作过程进行了详细说明,并给出了余氯检测系统的PCB和样机;再次,设计了余氯检测的系统架构,在此基础上分析了嵌入式实时操作系统RT-Thread的文件体系结构,并根据实时操作系统运行原理说明了余氯检测、温度采集、pH测量任务以及检测系统标定程序的设计流程。最后介绍了余氯检测系统的标定实验,分析了标定结果,同时对余氯检测系统进行了测试。经过实验验证,具有稳定性好,精度高等优点,可用于日常饮用水、发电厂锅炉给水和废水处理中的余氯浓度检测。
[Abstract]:Chlorine disinfection method has a high performance-price ratio and is used for disinfection treatment in most waterworks in China. The index of residual chlorine (free chlorine) content in factory water reflects the quality of tap water quality. With the improvement of living standard, people pay more and more attention to the detection of residual chlorine in drinking water. The detection of residual chlorine is of great practical value for strictly controlling the quality of water quality and ensuring the safety of water. This paper introduces the research background of residual chlorine detection, the treatment technology of drinking water, the research status and development trend at home and abroad, and realizes the technical research of residual chlorine detection with chemical sensing technology and embedded technology. Based on this, a high performance residual chlorine detection system is developed. In this paper, the development process of the three-electrode residual chlorine sensor and the software and hardware design scheme of the system are introduced, and the calibration and test of the detection system are completed. In this paper, the detection principle of the three-electrode residual chlorine sensor is described. Secondly, the hardware design of the detection system is given in detail, including the fabrication scheme of the residual chlorine sensor and the design method of the detection circuit. The selection of electrode material for residual chlorine sensor, the design of cavity structure and the fabrication process are described in detail, and the PCB and prototype of residual chlorine detection system are given. Thirdly, the system architecture of residual chlorine detection is designed. On this basis, the file architecture of embedded real-time operating system (RT-Thread) is analyzed, and the design flow of residual chlorine detection, temperature acquisition and pH measurement and calibration program is explained according to the principle of real-time operating system. Finally, the calibration experiment of residual chlorine detection system is introduced, the calibration results are analyzed, and the residual chlorine detection system is tested. It is proved by experiments that it has the advantages of good stability and high precision. It can be used to detect the residual chlorine concentration in daily drinking water, boiler feedwater and wastewater treatment in power plant.
