大兴区工业污染源排污现状、特征及污染减排研究分析
[Abstract]:Daxing District, as a key development area in the south of Beijing, will usher in a "golden age" of economic development with the gradual deepening of the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and the construction of a new airport in Beijing. At the same time, with the acceleration of urbanization, the continuous expansion of construction land, the shortage of land resources, the shortage of water resources, the serious external dependence of energy and other resources and environmental constraints, Daxing District has put forward higher requirements for the prevention and control of environmental pollution. The urgency and importance of promoting energy conservation and emission reduction is more apparent. In the first two years of the 12th Five-Year Plan, Daxing District has completed the process of reducing energy consumption of 1250,000 yuan (RMB) by 15.322.The cumulative annual cumulative progress target of 40% has not been achieved in two years. The Daxing District is the only district and county in the city that has not completed the energy saving index. Especially in 2012, the energy consumption of ten thousand yuan GDP in Daxing District increased 2.38% year on year instead of decreasing, and the energy saving situation of Daxing District during the 12th Five-Year Plan was extremely severe. While vigorously promoting the renovation of central heating plants and the construction of sewage treatment plants and other projects to reduce emissions, it is also necessary to strengthen and improve the energy conservation and emission reduction work in the industrial field of Daxing District, and to dig deep into the potential for emission reduction. To ensure the completion of the "12th Five-Year Plan" energy conservation and emission reduction targets, and to lay the foundation for the 13th Five-Year Plan energy saving and emission reduction work. Based on the data of the first general survey of pollution sources in Daxing District, this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of pollution discharge of industrial pollution sources through the status quo of major industrial pollution sources, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for energy saving and emission reduction work in Daxing District. The first chapter is the introduction, which briefly describes the background, purpose and significance of the research, briefly introduces the current situation of energy saving and emission reduction in the United States, Germany, Japan and other countries, and introduces the research ideas and methods of this paper. The second chapter mainly introduces the related concepts and theories of energy saving and emission reduction. The third chapter introduces the current situation and characteristics of industrial energy saving and emission reduction in Daxing District in detail, the fourth chapter mainly discusses the existing problems and restrictive factors of industrial energy saving and emission reduction in Daxing District. The fifth chapter is according to the above analysis result, proposed the corresponding countermeasure, proposed the reasonable suggestion for the future Daxing area industry energy saving and emission reduction. Chapter six is the conclusion of the research.
