湿式静电除尘器高分子极板特性研究

【摘要】:湿式静电除尘器具有高效去除微细颗粒物、低压损、无二次扬尘等优点,但是湿式静电除尘器金属极板表面布水不均匀,使除尘效率大大降低。除此之外,传统湿式静电除尘器另一个问题就是酸腐蚀严重,必须采取特殊的防腐措施或防腐材料。本文主张采用高分子材料作为湿式静电除尘器的极板,旨在解决传统湿式静电除尘器极板布水不均匀、不耐腐蚀的问题。本课题总结了高分子材料极板的结构、常用材料、研究成果,综合分析了高分子材料极板的优缺点。针对高分子材料极板研究存在的不足,以纺织材料表面化学理论为依据,研究了高分子材料极板的布水机理;提出一种新型结构的高分子材料极板和三种适合于燃煤烟气处理的高分子极板材料,并研究了所提材料的耐腐蚀特性。分析了高分子极板结构、纤维比表面积对除尘性能的影响规律。在研究复合材料学理论的基础上,以高分子极板使用材料的性能特性和高分子极板对除尘性能的影响规律为依据设计出了复合高分子极板。并对复合高分子极板的总体制作方案进行了设计。采用预针刺再水刺的工艺将PP/PTFE超细纤维层、PPS/P84细纤维层、PPS/PTFE复合基布层、P84粗纤维层复合为一体的梯度结构针刺毡,它的性能更加全面,更适合在湿式静电除尘器中使用。最后,本课题对复合高分子极板的应用前景进行了探讨与分析,结果表明在环保标准日趋严格、雾霾天气日趋严重的形势下湿式复合高分子极板静电除尘器可以应用在火电、钢铁、水泥、垃圾焚烧、有色冶金等诸多行业并且在这些行业的市场前景非常可观。
[Abstract]:The wet electrostatic precipitator has the advantages of high efficiency in removing fine particles, low pressure loss and no secondary dust raising. However, the surface of the metal plate of the wet electrostatic precipitator is not evenly distributed, which greatly reduces the dust removal efficiency. In addition, another problem of traditional wet electrostatic precipitator is the serious acid corrosion, so special anticorrosive measures or materials must be taken. In this paper, polymer material is used as the electrode plate of wet electrostatic precipitator to solve the problem of uneven water distribution and corrosion resistance of traditional wet electrostatic precipitator. In this paper, the structure, common materials and research results of polymer plate are summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of polymer plate are analyzed. Based on the theory of surface chemistry of textile materials, the water distribution mechanism of polymer polar plates was studied. A new type of polymer material plate and three kinds of polymer plate materials suitable for coal burning flue gas treatment were proposed. The corrosion resistance of the materials was studied. The influence of polymer plate structure and fiber specific surface area on dust removal performance was analyzed. On the basis of studying the theory of composite materials, the composite polymer plates were designed based on the properties of the materials used in polymer plates and the influence of polymer plates on the dust removal performance. The overall fabrication scheme of composite polymer plate was designed. The PP/PTFE fine fiber layer, PPS/P84 fine fiber layer, PPS/PTFE composite substrate layer and P84 coarse fiber layer were combined into a gradient-structure needled felt by pre-acupuncture and re-spunking process, and its performance was more comprehensive. More suitable for use in wet electrostatic precipitators. Finally, the application prospect of composite polymer plate is discussed and analyzed. The results show that the wet composite polymer plate electrostatic precipitator can be used in thermal power under the condition of increasingly strict environmental protection standards and haze weather. Steel, cement, waste incineration, non-ferrous metallurgy and many other industries and the market prospects in these industries is very impressive.
