装配式钢筋混凝土废水池设计与施工工艺研究

【摘要】:随着工业化产业的发展,不可再生资源石油的需求量也在不断提升。钻前工程中的废水池的施工质量的优劣和施工速度的快慢直接影响整个油气的钻探、开发过程。在现场施工工艺中,废水池的修建大多采用现浇整体式的形式,针对石油钻探工程的特殊项目,现浇式的水池养护时间将造成施工的空窗期,同时,使用完成后的混凝土水池将成为永久性的污染物。本文以“钻前工程废水池拼装技术应用研究”项目为依托,以《给水排水工程钢筋混凝土水池结构设计规范》为研究依据,对装配式钢筋混凝土废水池进行标准模块设计、拼装连接的构造部署、缩尺模型试验的整体性检验、拼装施工技术研究,达到提高钢筋混凝土废水池标准模块的预制生产质量、现场施工效率的目的。石油钻前装配式钢筋混凝土废水池采用装配式代替现浇式的施工工艺方式,具有工期显著缩短、安装拆卸方便、能多次周转使用、环境效益好等多方优点。通过本文的模块设计、拼装连接等关键技术研究,对装配式钢筋混凝土废水池的推行有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrial industry, the demand for non-renewable resources oil is also increasing. The quality of waste water pool and the speed of construction directly affect the whole process of oil and gas drilling and development. In the field construction process, the construction of waste water pool is mostly in the form of cast-in-place integral type. For the special project of oil drilling project, the maintenance time of cast-in-place pool will cause the empty window period of construction, at the same time, The finished use of the concrete pool will become a permanent pollutant. In this paper, based on the project of "Application Research on assembling Technology of waste Water Pool of Pre-drilling Engineering" and the structural Design Code of reinforced concrete Pool in Water supply and drainage Project, the standard module design of fabricated reinforced concrete wastewater pool is carried out. In order to improve the precast production quality and site construction efficiency of the standard modules of reinforced concrete wastewater ponds, the structural deployment of assembly connection, the integrity test of scale model test and the study of assembly construction technology are achieved. The prefabricated reinforced concrete wastewater ponds with oil drilling adopt assembly instead of cast-in-place construction technology, which has many advantages, such as shortened construction period, convenient installation and disassembly, many times turnover, good environmental benefit, and so on. Through the research of module design, assembly and connection and other key technologies, it has a certain reference value for the implementation of the assembly reinforced concrete wastewater pool.
