低温条件下投加碳源的垂直流人工湿地模拟装置影响去除微污染水体氮素的试验研究

【摘要】:碳源是影响湿地系统脱氮过程反硝化作用的主要因素之一,尤其对于微污染水体。为探讨低温情况下投加碳源对反硝化作用的影响,设计上下潜行流实验装置。在环境温度为10℃以下,通过注水管采取持续1h添加方式将葡萄糖加入到潜行流底层,持续试验3个月。结果表明:未投加碳源情况下,总氮与硝酸氮去除效果分别为21.12%与20.09%;而加入碳源情况下,对总氮、硝酸盐氮最佳去除效果都有明显提高;同时不同碳源添加量对氮素去除效果也有不同影响:1投加50g碳源,对总氮、硝酸盐氮去除效果分别达到了30.45%、32.39%;2投加100 g碳源,对总氮、硝酸盐氮去除效果都为28.0%;50 g葡萄糖的投加量对总氮、硝酸盐氮的去除率高于100 g投加量。以上表明投加碳源对垂直流人工湿地装置的脱氮效率造成了显著性影响,碳源会显著性提高系统硝态氮负荷(P=0.017)与总氮负荷(P=0.013)。
