化学沉淀—离子交换法处理含铝有机酸废水

【摘要】:废催化剂复活过程中会产生大量的含重金属离子酸性废水,其中含有铝元素最多。本文以废催化剂复活废水为研究对象,采用化学沉淀-离子交换法处理废水中的铝离子。首先,对废催化剂复活废水进行水质分析,包括铁、镍、钒、铜、铝离子的浓度,废水的SS、COD、pH和有机酸根离子等。废水中的铝离子主要以络合状态存在选用以碳酸氢根沉淀剂或以不同碱性化学沉淀剂处理废催化剂复活废水。其次,研究了以碳酸氢根为沉淀剂处理废水的最佳工艺条件,确定最佳的反应条件为:废水初始pH值为11,反应温度为45℃,n(NaHCO~3):n(Al)=10:1,水浴时间为4 h,陈化时间为60 h,废水中铝的去除率可以达到96%以上。再次,研究了以不同碱性化学沉淀剂处理废水的最佳工艺条件,确定最佳的反应条件为:第一类废水性质比较稳定,选用碱性较强的氢氧化钾作pH调节剂,得到最佳的反应条件为反应温度45℃,废水A、B液的体积比100:8,用氢氧化钾将B液pH值调为10,沉降时间6小时;而第二类废水选用氨水作为pH调节剂,得到最佳的反应条件为反应温度45℃,废水A、B液的体积比100:20,用氨水将B液pH值调为10,沉降时间6小时。为了达到回收利用废水的标准,使用离子交换法处理废催化剂复活废水中的低浓度重金属离子,考察了离子交换工艺的影响因素。通过静态实验和动态实验,确定最佳工艺条件:选用型号001*7型树脂,废水流速为1L/h,高径比为3时,离子交换效果最好,铝元素的去除率可以达到99%以上。洗脱过程操作条件优化:以盐酸为洗脱液,盐酸浓度为4%,洗脱流速定为0.5 L/h,洗脱效果最好。连续稳定性实验结果表明离子交换树脂的稳定性能良好,可多次重复使用。最后,根据实验结果设计出废水处理工艺流程,并放大500倍进行了小中试试验研究,结果表明,废水中的铝去除率可以达到99%以上,而且处理前后废水中有机酸损失量很小,为实现企业废水回用打下了坚实的基础。
