低阶煤热解产物半焦释放NO_x和HCN的实验研究

【摘要】:采用立管炉及傅里叶红外光谱烟气分析仪对半焦燃烧释放NO_x和HCN进行在线监测,研究了温度、粒径、添加剂对半焦等温燃烧生成NO_x和HCN的释放特性。结果表明:在850~950℃,随温度升高,半焦释放NO_x和HCN均降低,且HCN到达峰值点提前14 s;在一定粒径范围内,粒径越小,NO_x和HCN释放量越低,且NO_x到达峰值点提前14 s,HCN到达峰值点延后7 s;Fe_2O_3、活性炭、CaO都促进半焦释放NO_x,其中,最明显的是Fe_2O_3,而活性炭、CaO抑制HCN释放,Fe_2O_3促进HCN释放。
