有机凹凸棒石负载纳米铁降解溶液中双酚A

【摘要】:采用十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(OTAC)对凹凸棒石(ATP)进行有机改性,并负载纳米铁(nZVI)制备复合材料nZVI/OTAC/凹石(nZVI/OTAC/ATP)。利用扫描电镜对改性凹石负载纳米铁的条件进行优化,研究了BPA在复合材料上的吸附特性,考察了材料投加量、初始浓度、pH等因素对吸附的影响,实验结果表明:随着初始BPA质量浓度、复合材料投加量及溶液pH值的增加,nZVI/OTAC/ATP对BPA的吸附量逐渐减少;在nZVI/OTAC/ATP投加量为1.0 g/L、溶液pH为6.0、初始BPA质量浓度为20 mg/L、吸附温度为25℃的条件下,吸附量最高为13.4 mg/g。吸附BPA的等温曲线符合BET模型和Freundlich模型,为多层吸附。此外,复合材料采用加热溶液浸泡法具备一定的再生能力。
[Abstract]:The organically modified attapulgite (ATP) was prepared by octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (OTAC), and the composite nZVI/OTAC/ concave stone (nZVI/OTAC/ATP) was prepared by loading nano-iron (nZVI). The adsorption characteristics of BPA on composite materials were studied by SEM. The effects of dosage, initial concentration, pH and other factors on the adsorption were investigated. The experimental results show that the amount of BPA adsorbed by nZVI/OTAC/ATP decreases with the increase of the initial BPA concentration, the dosage of the composite and the pH value of the solution. When the dosage of nZVI/OTAC/ATP is 1.0 g / L, the solution pH is 6.0, and the initial mass concentration of BPA is 20 mg/L, the adsorption temperature is 25 鈩,
