深井曝气法处理城市污泥中试研究

【摘要】:设计了一套城市污泥深井曝气中试系统,研究了该系统对城市污泥中VSS的去除效果以及温度、p H值等指标的变化规律,探讨相关运行条件对VSS去除率及系统内升温的影响。结果表明,深井曝气中试系统运行到第18天时,一级反应区温度能达到50.2℃,温度越高则VSS去除率也越高;曝气量不能过高或过低,对于VSS含量为38.5 g/L的污泥,曝气量取1.5~1.8 L/(h·L污泥)为宜,VSS去除率可达到40.1%;微氧环境有利于VSS的降解,在消化过程中反应器内ORP最低为-256 m V;反应器中不仅有好氧菌,还存在厌氧菌和兼性菌。
