NFYH公司废弃物回收模式与收集系统设计研究
[Abstract]:The recycling of waste in mechanical processing enterprises is a problem that every manufacturing enterprise has to face. At present, the enterprise mainly adopts manual collection, which is concentrated in the special position within the enterprise, and then transported out of the enterprise. There are some problems in this way, such as high labor intensity, low efficiency, secondary pollution and so on. A reasonable waste recovery mode and reverse logistics system can reduce environmental pollution and resource waste caused by improper logistics in enterprises, and reduce the cost of disposal of waste goods in the process of production and operation, and effectively improve the performance of enterprises. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the theory of sustainable development, the theory of recycling economy and the theory of reverse logistics are studied, and the main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the theory of sustainable development, the theory of recycling economy and the related theory of reverse logistics are studied. The importance of strengthening enterprise waste management and recycling is analyzed with the enhancement of social environmental protection consciousness. The recycling and utilization of the waste produced by the mechanical processing enterprises is an important way for the enterprises to alleviate the environmental pressure and the pressure of the supply of resources. (2) the mode of recycling logistics for the waste of the mechanical processing enterprises is studied. This paper expounds the problems existing in the process of waste recovery and its driving factors, and summarizes the mode of waste recovery and treatment. This paper analyzes the present situation of waste recovery and disposal in NFYH Company, constructs the logistics system of waste recovery in this enterprise, and optimizes the process of waste recovery. (3) the design and development of chip collection system of NFYH company are studied. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of chip collection in enterprises, puts forward a method of chip collection by using electric vehicle, designs and develops the electric collection vehicle, and optimizes the standard collection box by using TRIZ theory. Compared with the traditional collection mode, the new waste recovery model has the characteristics of economy saving, environmental protection efficiency, management efficiency and so on, and can promote the image of the enterprise. Finally, the whole paper is summarized and the application of the design system is prospected on the basis of this research. The research results provide a new reference mode for the management and selection of waste reverse logistics recovery mode in mechanical processing enterprises.
