废水中PFOA及其降解产物的测定

【摘要】:该文采用LC-MSMS/GC-MS/ICS联合方法对含全氟辛酸(PFOA)模拟废水及其氧化产物进行了分析研究。结果表明LCMS-MS和ICS方法分别对PFOA及F-测定具有良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.999 3和0.999 9。PFOA在氧化降解过程中不仅有C—C键的断裂,同时也有C—F键的断裂,中间产物众多,产物构成较为复杂,其中主要为较短链的全氟和多氟化合物。由于短链全氟和多氟化合物常温下以气相形式存在,通过LC-MS-MS/GC-MS/ICS联合分析方法对含PFOA废水氧化降解过程中液相和气相产物的综合分析,可以更加客观、全面反映PFOA在被氧化过程中的变化。
[Abstract]:The simulated wastewater containing perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) (PFOA) and its oxidation products were analyzed by LC-MSMS/GC-MS/ICS method. The results showed that the LCMS-MS and ICS methods had a good linear relationship for the determination of PFOA and F -, respectively. The correlation coefficients were 0.999 3 and 0.999 9.PFOA, respectively. At the same time, there are also C _ (F) bond breaks, there are many intermediate products, the composition of the products is more complex, among them, the short chain of perfluorinated and polyfluorinated compounds. Due to the existence of short-chain perfluorides and polyfluorides in gaseous form at room temperature, the comprehensive analysis of liquid phase and gas-phase products in the process of oxidation and degradation of wastewater containing PFOA can be more objective by means of LC-MS-MS/GC-MS/ICS joint analysis. The changes of PFOA in the oxidation process were fully reflected.
