徐州市典型稻区土壤和稻米重金属含量及健康风险评价

【摘要】:为了解徐州市典型稻区土壤和稻米中重金属含量及健康风险,分别测定了土壤和稻米中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Ni、As、Hg和Cr的含量,并对土壤中重金属污染状况及稻米中重金属因摄入所致的健康风险进行了评价。结果表明:DXDQ(典型稻区)土壤中As、Hg平均含量分别比中国土壤元素背景值高出0.24、0.29倍,Cd与其持平,其他5种元素均低于背景值,其中PXHX(西北部)超标率最重。但所测稻区全部重金属的含量均低于《土壤环境质量标准》(GB 15618—1995)中的Ⅱ级标准值。单因子污染指数显示所有稻区土壤重金属污染等级为安全;内梅罗综合污染指数显示DXDQ、SNLJ(东南部)和PZXH(东部)土壤重金属污染程度总体呈清洁水平,而PXHX(西北部)则达警戒水平。33.33%的DXDQ和全部PXHX土壤样本为中等生态风险,并以Hg为主要贡献因子,SNLJ和PZXH为低生态风险。DXDQ和3个分稻区稻米中Pb、Ni和As平均含量均超出国家食品安全标准限制值,其中DXDQ分别超标1.70、0.28和1.20倍。基于HQ和HI评价,食用该区域生产的稻米对人体健康产生影响的可能性大,其中As的潜在健康危害突出,应引起足够重视。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the contents of heavy metals and health risks in soil and rice in typical rice areas of Xuzhou City, the contents of Cu,Zn,Pb,Cd,Ni,As,Hg and Cr in soil and rice were determined respectively. The pollution of heavy metals in soil and the health risk of heavy metals intake in rice were evaluated. The results showed that the average content of As,Hg in: DXDQ (typical rice area was 0.24 and 0.29 times higher than that in China, Cd was the same, the other five elements were lower than the background value, and the exceeding standard rate of PXHX (northwest) was the heaviest.
