基于飞行程序优化的降噪措施研究

【摘要】:随着我国民航机场数量和规模的不断增大,随之而来的机场噪声问题也日益突出,成为了一个重要的环境问题。如何科学地评估机场的噪声,从航空运行层面探索减噪措施成为了一个十分有意义且现实的问题。本文综述了国内外机场噪声研究的现状,详述了各国使用的噪声评价指标,并详细介绍了我国机场噪声评价指标WECPNL的计算原理和方法,并以此为基础和出发点,综合飞行程序、性能和噪声计算理论,建立机场噪声计算的一般模型。通过对基于飞行程序的各项减噪措施进行全面的研究分析,涉及的减噪措施有减噪离场爬升程序、离场偏置程序、连续下降进近程序和优选跑道减噪程序,对其中的影响因素和导致噪声等值线和监测点噪声值变化差异的原因和机理分别作了分析,然后借助于INM软件和MATLAB等计算工具进行仿真计算验证。最后以深圳新机场为实证研究对象,结合机场运行的实际情况,灵活运用了各种减噪措施,建立一套实用性较高的减噪程序综合方案,并对减噪前后的机场现实运行情况进行了仿真计算,通过对实施减噪措施前后噪声等值线的形状、影响区域面积以及周边居民区噪声标准的详细的分析评估,以及和机场当局和环评等部门的沟通和商议,该套针对深圳机场的减噪措施方案可以大大的减轻了机场的噪声问题,并且在现实层面也是具有很强的可执行性。
[Abstract]:With the increasing number and scale of civil aviation airports in China, the problem of airport noise is becoming more and more prominent, which has become an important environmental problem. How to evaluate the noise of airport scientifically and explore the noise reduction measures from the aspect of aviation operation has become a very meaningful and realistic problem. In this paper, the present situation of airport noise research at home and abroad is reviewed, the noise evaluation index used in various countries is described in detail, and the calculation principle and method of airport noise evaluation index WECPNL in China are introduced in detail. Performance and noise calculation theory, the general model of airport noise calculation is established. Through the comprehensive research and analysis of the noise reduction measures based on the flight procedure, the noise reduction measures involved include the noise reduction field climbing program, the departure field bias program, the continuous drop approach program and the optimal runway noise reduction program. The influencing factors and the causes and mechanisms of the difference between noise isoline and monitoring point noise are analyzed respectively, and then the simulation results are verified by means of INM software and MATLAB and other calculation tools. Finally, taking Shenzhen new airport as the empirical research object, combined with the actual situation of airport operation, various noise reduction measures are flexibly used, and a set of comprehensive program of noise reduction program with high practicability is established. The actual operation of the airport before and after noise reduction is simulated and calculated, and the shape of noise isoline, the area of influence area and the noise standard of surrounding residential area are analyzed and evaluated in detail before and after the implementation of noise reduction measures. As well as communication and negotiation with airport authorities and environmental impact assessment departments, the noise reduction measures for Shenzhen airport can greatly reduce the noise problem of the airport, and it also has a strong enforceability at the practical level.
