活性炭中孔结构对双组分染料的竞争吸附
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of Vmes (mesoporous volume) of GAC (granular activated carbon) on the adsorption behavior of two-component dye, GAC was modified to obtain mesoporous GAC, at Vmes of 0.16, 0.25, 0.30 and 0.50 cm3/g, respectively. MB (methylene blue), CV (crystal purple), MO (methyl orange) was adsorbed by one-component and two-component systems. The results showed that: (1) in the single component system, with the increase of Vmes, the saturated adsorption capacity of each dye increased, and the MB increased from 88.98 mg/g to 226.69 mg/g;CV from 56.04mg/g to 105.17 mg/g;MO from 64.87 mg/g to 129.66 mg/g.2, and the two dyes showed antagonistic effect in the two-component system composed of MB and MO. With the increase of Vmes, the antagonism of MB was enhanced, and the antagonism of MB was greater than that of MO. 3 in the two-component system composed of MB and CV, it showed antagonism to MB with small molecular weight, and the antagonism decreased gradually with the increase of Vmes. For dye CV with large molecular weight, the adsorption behavior changed with the change of Vmes. When Vmes was less than 0.25 cm3/g, it showed synergistic effect, greater than 0.30 cm3/g changed into antagonism, and gradually increased with the increase of Vmes. The results show that the physical morphology of dye molecules plays a decisive role in the competitive adsorption of two-component substances, and the increase of adsorbents Vmes promotes the increase of adsorption capacity of single-component dye molecules.
