再生微粉在水泥中作用机理的试验研究

【摘要】:采用激光粒度、水化热、SEM、XRD和热重法分析等测试手段,比较再生微粉与其它常用水泥混凝土掺合料的颗粒粒径、水化过程和水化产物,并由此分析再生微粉在水泥中的作用机理。试验结果表明:再生微粉用作水泥混凝土掺合料时,可同时产生火山灰效应和微集料效应,但微集料效应较弱,火山灰效应对其活性起到主导作用。
[Abstract]:The particle size, hydration process and hydration products of regenerated micro-powder and other cement concrete admixtures were compared by means of laser particle size, SEM XRD and thermogravimetric analysis. The experimental results show that the pozzolanic effect and micro-aggregate effect can be produced when recycled micro-powder is used as cement concrete admixture, but the micro-aggregate effect is weak. The pozzolanic effect plays a leading role in its activity.
