最小故障率下数控组合机床平均维修时间确定

【摘要】:为合理计算数控组合机床整机平均维修时间,本文提出基于系统组件故障率和维修时间模型来确定系统平均维修时间的方法。根据数控组合机床子系统故障信息,引入平均秩次法进行基于时间相关的子系统故障率建模,进而实现数控组合机床系统故障率建模。结合各子系统维修时间函数,建立了数控组合机床整机平均维修时间模型,并确定了最小故障次数下的整机平均维修时间。本文研究为系统维修时间设计及维修计划制定奠定了理论基础。
[Abstract]:In order to reasonably calculate the average maintenance time of NC combined machine tool, this paper presents a method to determine the average maintenance time based on the failure rate and maintenance time model of system components. According to the fault information of CNC machine tool subsystem, the average rank method is introduced to model the failure rate of the subsystem based on time correlation, and then the fault rate modeling of NC composite machine tool system is realized. Combined with the maintenance time function of each subsystem, the average maintenance time model of NC combined machine tool is established, and the average maintenance time of the whole machine is determined under the minimum number of failures. This paper lays a theoretical foundation for system maintenance time design and maintenance plan formulation.
