数控机床滚动功能部件选型与应用研究

【摘要】:针对国内数控机床滚动功能部件选型与应用方面集成研究与指导方面的不足,本文立足于使用用户,针对产品生产周期之后的选型—安装调试—使用维护等一系列流程,注重工程应用,循序渐进,产开了本项目的各个研究内容。首先,对数控机床进给轴系统进行系统分析,得出选型影响因素,基于此,设计了主要零部件的选型流程与选型方法,最后得出整体系统选型。然后对安装润滑的应用因素进行归纳,并提出了安装润滑条件下的评价体系以及现有验证设备。其次,基于选型分析,首先对速度和负载进行参数优化,其次对进给轴最重要的滚珠丝杠副和滚动直线导轨副进行选型案例的研究和选型工具的开发。再者,对丝杠副的不同支撑方式、预拉伸以及同轴度进行了分析以及试验验证。对导轨副最典型平行度偏差进行了受力分析,并模拟论证合理性。对丝杠副来说,选择正确的支撑方式和预拉伸长度,保持三点在同一高度上;对导轨副来说,将高度误差和平行度误差控制在一定范围内,才能最大程度保证使用的可靠性和寿命。最后,结合赫兹接触理论和Hamrock-Dowson公式,推导出适用于丝杠副和导轨副的最小油膜厚度计算公式,分析并试验验证了润滑需要合适的油脂量和粘度指标。同时,基于Stribeck曲线与润滑规律,用试验证明速度对润滑应用也有影响。并通过正交试验发现,在实际应用中,各种参数应该综合考虑,并给出了润滑建议。
[Abstract]:In view of the deficiency of integrated research and guidance on the selection and application of rolling function components of CNC machine tools in China, this paper bases on the users, and aims at a series of processes such as selection, installation, debugging, use and maintenance after the production cycle of the product. Pay attention to the engineering application, step by step, produced the various research contents of this project. First of all, the feeding shaft system of NC machine tool is systematically analyzed, and the factors influencing the selection are obtained. Based on this, the selection process and method of the main parts are designed, and finally the selection of the whole system is obtained. Then, the application factors of installation lubrication are summarized, and the evaluation system under the condition of installation lubrication and the existing verification equipment are put forward. Secondly, based on the analysis of type selection, the parameters of speed and load are optimized firstly, and then the case study and the development of tool for selection of the most important ball screw pair and rolling linear guide rail pair of feed shaft are carried out. Furthermore, the different supporting modes, pretension and coaxiality of the screw pair are analyzed and tested. The stress analysis of the most typical parallelism deviation of the guideway pair is carried out, and the rationality of the simulation is demonstrated. For the lead screw pair, choose the correct support mode and pre-stretch length, and maintain three points at the same height; For the guide rail pair, the height error and the parallelism error are controlled within a certain range, so that the reliability and service life can be guaranteed to the greatest extent. Finally, combined with Hertz contact theory and Hamrock-Dowson formula, a formula for calculating the minimum oil film thickness for the screw and guide pairs is derived, and it is analyzed and tested that proper grease content and viscosity index are required for lubrication. At the same time, based on Stribeck curve and lubrication law, it is proved by experiment that speed also affects lubrication application. Through orthogonal test, it is found that various parameters should be considered comprehensively in practical application, and some lubrication suggestions are given.
