钛合金Ti6Al4V球头立铣刀加工表面质量实验研究

钛合金Ti6Al4V因其突出的比强度、耐高温和抗腐蚀性能而广泛应用于航空航天、汽车、生物医学以及化学领域。但是其低弹性模量、低导热率以及在高温下的高强度的特性,导致其机械加工性较差,进而影响工件加工表面质量。恶化的表面质量会引起工件表面缺陷、初始裂纹、表面过早失效,以及加工费用增加等问题。因此,对钛合金Ti6Al4V加工进行研究来获得合格的表面质量是具有重要意义的。加工参数如切削速度、进给率、切削深度等对钛合金Ti6Al4V加工表面完整性具有很大影响;球头立铣刀广泛应用于钛合金的加工中,但是其加工效率控制仍存在问题;因此,本文将对钛合金Ti6Al4V球头立铣刀在不同切削速度、进给率、切削深度加工条件下形成的表面质量包括表面粗糙度、微观结构、微观硬度等实验分析;旨在通过研究来优化钛合金Ti6Al4V球头立铣刀加工的加工参数,提高表面质量。实验中选定的切削速度分别为151m/min,207m/min和301 m/min,选定的进给率为0.1 mm/齿和0.05 mm/齿,切削深度为0.1 mm和0.03 mm。实验采用12mm直径的三槽碳化球头铣刀,其前角为10°,轴向前角为30°。在无润...
